I came here this evening to buy a travel sized perfume as I travel for work frequently. I just moved to Boise a few months ago and the set up of this Victoria's Secret is the opposite of the one I'm used to in Scottsdale. Apparently I was at the wrong side for the line and the cashier made it very clear, even though I waited my turn and there was no one else. Whoever helped me was extremely rude and after she packaged my perfume threw my bag at me and said nothing. Maybe she had a bad day and felt she needed to make someone else feel shitty. I've been in customer service and sales a long time and this is exactly what to do when you don't want people back in your store. IF I ever go back here and see her again I'll request for someone else to help me. Completely unacceptable customer service and treatment towards another human. read more

I LOVE Victoria's secret with all my heart . Everytime I go into the one in the mall all the employees are so great. I always take 30 minutes sitting in my car debating if I really want to go in and be judged by girls smaller than me but everytime I go there I always leave happy and feeling great about my experience there. They always have a great selection of different sizes and styles and the associates are always so welcoming and eager to help me out! I would definitely recommend the Victoria's secret in the Boise mall to every woman who's looking for new leggings, shirt to lounge around in or that oversized sweatshirt youve been trying to find forever lol read more

Can't get any help in the store (nevermind the "bra fitting" VS touts)--only two overwhelmed kids manning the registers--no longer using the back checkout bar, but rather two cashier stands set up in the middle of the of Pink, and the VS section. So busy with people lined up to check out, they couldn't answer any questions. No other staff available. I really wanted to purchase...but just left. read more

Really? I am the FIRST one to review?? I just can't help but love the merchandise here as VS. I've actually shopped more online for my gifts rather than coming in to the store. But, when we happen to be in the mall in Boise, we definately make a point to stop and at least browse. Ladies working here are always friendly and helpful. read more

I will NEVER buy anything at Victoria's Secret again. A few months ago, I went to buy bras and panties. They were busy, so it was difficult to get customer service and when I did, it was a young 20-something. All of the bras she gave me were too tight, even after sizing me, so I brought it to her attention and asked why they were too tight, if it was because I'm not a spring chicken anymore and thus, have some weight, etc. and she said, "Yeah. They'll stretch out as you wear them." Aside from the fact that she basically told me bras aren't supposed to fit right when you're older and have back fat, she dismissed my concerns and fast forward a few months later: all of the bras I purchased are still too tight and are uncomfortable. Total. Waste. Of. MONEY. So, I wouldn't recommend this place. They're not trained to size women who aren't 25/have full figures: I was sized incorrectly and then dismissed when I asked for further assistance. Just ordered from Thirdlove = I'll never go back to VS again. Plus, their CEO or whoever he is recently said, "no one wants to see fat women," or something like that (google it), when asked why they don't ever feature non-supermodels in their ads, fashion shows, etc. Yet another reason to avoid this place like the plague. read more

I bought two bras two sport leggings and some body lotion. One of the two bras had a security tag left on. So now I have to drive back to have it removed. Also bras were buy two get one free. Didn't get my free bra after I had clearly asked about the promo. She said is wasn't happening. Also, I spent over 75 dollars on my Angel credit card and was supposed to get a faux fur tote and didn't get that either. Couldn't find anyone to help me when I had a couple questions. Not a happy camper. read more

Horrible customer service. Customers should be allowed to try on another size. The sales associate actually refused to get me another size, which is not what I have experienced at other stores. I wasn't asking for anything out of the ordinary, I only took in 2 bras and wanted ONE of them in a different size. The store wasn't busy so I don't understand her reluctance. You can give me advice on how it should fit, but don't make me stand there peeking out of the fitting room doorway, half dressed, trying to justify why I just want to *try* the next size up. I know how I want my lingerie to fit and will go elsewhere where I won't be put in such a humiliating situation. read more

This store has the worst customer service time and time again. This morning I went in at 11am (when they open) and there were probably four other customers browsing the store. I turned the corner and the associate looking shocked said "we don't open until 11." I said it is 11 and her other associate said yeah it is 11. She then said well let me check. Comes back and said no one will be at register because they're closed. (The door to the front was open) I asked if I could buy something and she looked at me like I was dumb and said "ya." I was both confused and annoyed so I left. Three times before this the service was also terrible. read more

Don't try returning anything after ninety days, even the policy is after ninety you get in store credit, manager did not honor this, and me 16 bucks for a fifty dollar bra, regardless of the 100s I spend there a year. I've been a loyal customer for at least ten years and have never gotten as much attitude from any of their employees, as I did today from their manager. I moved from salt lake, and never when I returned anything did they get mad. Your a multimillion dollar company and you get upset over fifty bucks? Will probably never shop at Boise VS again! I can order online and avoid the drama. read more

The store was fairly neat and orderly and the couple of times I had questions I was able to find someone to ask pretty quickly. However, the check out process at this store is horrendous. They constantly have lines like it's black Friday, and their pushing of the stupid credit card takes an additional 5-10 minutes with every customer. I stood in line for 20 minutes this past Saturday with my arms laden with my selections. The line I was in only moved 1 person with 3 people still ahead of me. At which point the fourth cashier walked away from the registers to go mill about the store leaving 15-20 people still in line and now only 3 cashiers to ring up items and stuff credit card propaganda down your throat. The other line seemed to be moving faster and when an associate came over and said we could use that line also I gambled...and lost. As soon as I moved lines the previous line started moving like gangbusters and the new line was at a standstill. After 35 minutes of waiting in line and still being 4 people back in the new line I gave up, dropped all the stuff on the counter, and walked out. I went home and ordered the items online instead, I ended up getting a better deal, I got the exact product I wanted (the store was out of the color I wanted) and I was done browsing, selecting, and completing the order in less time than I waited in line at this store. This is most definitely not the first experience like this at this location either. Hire more workers, open more registers, and cut down on the pushy sales shtick. read more
