Every other store we went in that day the workers said Hi, how are you girls today, anything you need help with, etc. Not looking for anything major if your in the middle of something but a quick Hi is not much to ask when someone enters your shop. On another note - I took a bunch of Loft items in excellent condition a few years back and they basically only took a couple of items stating some of them were out of date (they were not even 2 years old and am I supposed to only wear something a year then give away in order for a consignment shop to take them) yet they take brands like Old Navy and all the Target brands. Would not waste my time going here again.

I was missing one facial cleanser that I paid for, and instead received a bottle of body wash in a scent I would never have ordered. I emailed Dirty Girl Farm three separate times over the course of several weeks and never received a single response. As for the products themselves, they're just okay. The facial cleanser that was delivered works well enough, although I'm not a fan of the scent, and the body washes are much more heavily fragranced than I prefer. Nothing I received was impressive enough to make up for the abysmal customer service experience. What frustrates me most is that after this happened, I checked the reviews and found multiple people describing the exact same problem: incorrect or damaged orders followed by complete silence from the company. I wish I had read those reviews before placing my order. Mistakes happen. Ignoring customers who are simply trying to resolve them is what turns a mistake into a reason not to shop there again. I can't recommend Dirty Girl Farm based on my experience. There are plenty of companies making comparable products that actually stand behind their orders and respond to their customers.

If you are looking for a place to consign your clothes, look elsewhere--unless you enjoy risking your items going missing without a trace or spending hours looking for your items. The owner herself didn't explain the process upfront which would give anyone pause from leaving their stuff here. Rather was rude when I said she didn't explain it upfront. There was zero accountability for lost or stolen items. When you hand your clothes over to a consignment shop, there is an expectation of basic care and security. Sadly, that is completely absent here. They have a policy that basically shrugs off theft or loss. They simply do not care about protecting your inventory. I had a few items that I never was able to find and the owner was no help. I was given attitude for any question I had. Spent hours looking for my items. Originally when I asked the owner how it worked, she failed to mention that I would have to look for everything myself at pickup. When my consignment period was up, I had to go through the crowded racks and hunt down every item myself. I spent so much time digging through racks just to recover some of my belongings. As a customer, a consignment shop should provide a level of partnership and trust. This place takes your items, cuts you out of the loop if they get stolen, and forces you to do the heavy lifting when you want them back. Save your time, your energy, and your items--consign somewhere that actually values its clients or better yet donate them to someone who really needs them.

The girls that worked there were sweet and friendly and put up with me and my girlfriends who were in town to shop. They had initial necklaces and rings that I wanted to purchase but I had already reached my limit on what I was going to buy that day. I would make this a regular stop if I lived close by to see what new items they have on their shelves. They also had a large sale section that I did not even go through because as mentioned above I'm pregnant but when this little man comes out I would love to see what they have in store.

However being a manicurist by trade I would have thought I would have received more of a manicure with my appointment. My nails looked great for about a week. This process is supposed to look good for at least 2. I have already had some oft he gel chip off and I didn't even do any dishes in the mean time. So that is why I gave it 3 out of 5.
