It felt super high quality and luxurious-and it's better priced than Sephora that's for sure. She also showed me a tea I can make and explained the benefits of the tea and also a soup which I will be trying and we talked about Korea and I got really inspired to travel there.

The biggest challenge was the lack of floor assistance--no one was available to help for most of my time there. Toward the end, I did find one helpful associate who set up a dressing room and assisted with items, which I truly appreciated. Another major issue was the clothing tags. Many items weren't labeled correctly, and the hangers didn't match the actual sizes. I had to check inside each garment to confirm sizing, which made the process frustrating and time-consuming. This isn't the Macy's I remember from past shopping experiences.
