They took the time to make me feel comfortable and helped with items I needed before the surgery and after. I can't tell you how appreciative I am for their kindness during this emotional time. She measured me with my sweatshirt, a t-shirt and bra on. She then said the measurements aloud and said it was a rough estimate. She then asked me what kind of bra I wanted. I replied wireless. She walked me over to a drawer, opened it and there were 3 bras to choose from. She again said her measurement was a "rough estimate" and I'd need to try on the bras to be sure, then walked off. Obviously I was wearing a bra, so I had a "rough estimate" before I walked in. Zero customer service skills and no desire to actually be helpful. Will not be back.

The clothes seem like good quality and have held up well with washes. I would say they're mid-level price range. Not cheap, but not too pricey either for their old mom. I think if my intentions are to go in and drop almost $200 on a belt, I expect some customer service, and I shouldn't have to solicit it, either. He looked up on occasion but then right back down to his phone. Sales people shouldn't be allowed to carry their phones while on the floor. If they were set on burning a potentially loyal customer into someone who will never come back, congratulations, you did it.
