She walked me over to a drawer, opened it and there were 3 bras to choose from. She again said her measurement was a "rough estimate" and I'd need to try on the bras to be sure, then walked off. Obviously I was wearing a bra, so I had a "rough estimate" before I walked in. Zero customer service skills and no desire to actually be helpful. Will not be back.

The new Trampoline Park where the movie theater was doesn't get much business either. The mall even has one of the old school crane games business where you try and grab a prize. The mall seriously needs to rethink how it does business.

My daughter complained of blood on the seat of the first stall she walked into in the bathrooms near Pretzelmaker. The janitor was starting to make her way inside to clean it. Still, how disgusting. The MCM Rink is no longer ice, but a regular skating rink instead. There were some stores we liked, but it's not the best nor the cleanest mall.
