So I found the section I was looking for and stopped a young lady to ask for either someone to move the totes, obviously just unloaded from a truck, or if I could get a pallet jack so I could do it. She did not reply with the usual, " not my department, I'll call someone", no, she laughed and said she wouldn't let me do that, I was a customer, so I found what I wanted, she offered further assistance and she was so helpful when her coworker walked up I told him how she helped me find my balls and how happy I was. Dynasty, is the definition of what customer service should be. She found my balls, offered more help, when I saw her again later, she smiled huge and asked if I was still okay or if she could help me further. How cool is that? Totally unexpected from an Academy employee. Thank you Dynasty! Keep up the great work!!!

The line for the dressing room was so long, but my daughters and I practiced patience. So did the employees. The staff members stayed cool. Were friendly and helpful and busily tidied up when they could. This store was cleaner than all the others we shopped at that day. The clothes seem like good quality and have held up well with washes. I would say they're mid-level price range. Not cheap, but not too pricey either for their old mom. The shop is located inside the Midland Park Mall in Midland, TX.

The store was packed with holiday shoppers and merchandise was in disarray. It was impossible to find anything, and I didn't see any employees to get help. Finally at the register, I had the unworn boots in the original box and my receipt, but didn't bring the credit card I'd used. They were not able to refund my card, but issued a store receipt. I've returned items at other stores where they can refund the card used with the bard code info. This Marshalls is the closest one to me, but over 150 miles, a 2 1/2-3 hour drive. And Marshalls does not have online shopping. I wasn't able to use the store card at that time - the store was a mess. Because of the lack of employees for assistance, because the store was so messy, and because they were not able to refund my purchase, with receipt, to my card, I give them a one-star rating.
