We had a septic issue in our motorhome. Samual evaluated our issue as a malfunction with our pump…read more Our pump was running but not pumping. Samual did another check, advised us, we did not have a blockage. We made arrangements to buy the specialized pump and booked an appointment. Samual failed to attend schedule appointment without notification. After several missed appointment Samual sent his other plumber to replace the pump. The pump was tested with water and worked. A few days later when emptying our black tank the pump turned on but failed to pump. When we contacted Samual to advise of our issue, we requested the other plumber back. Samual advised he fired the plumber advising us the exact reason. Samual made an appointment to attend to fix the issue. No surprise Samual failed to show up and afterwards failed to respond to our numerous communications. We had to hire another plumbing company who attended and fixed the issue the same day. In the end our issue was not pump related. Samual cost us an additional 755 dollars plus a month living without that bathroom working for failing to evaluate the issue properly in the first place. Samual makes several claims on his website as guarantee 100 percent satisfaction but when we told him we were not satisfied he ghosted us. I'm left questioning whether Samual is even a licensed plumber? He has a very professional website but I found Samual to be extremely unprofessional.

ScotiaHVAC explained what was required for the program and helped get us set up. Then they installed all the Novair equipment in a day. We had a 200 amp electric upgrade done as well and Jeremy and his crew were wonderful. The Novair heat pumps work amazing and the heat output is better then we expected. All in all a very good experience.

Two separate technicians have come out, given me two completely different explanations for the problem, and then disappeared without follow-up. No repair date, no update, no resolution.
