After looking into it, I found…read moreout they charged me for two visits, even though the reason they had to make a 2nd visit was because of a part that they forgot to bring so they had to leave and then return later. Also, they tried to charge me for work that had not been completed. Not sure if he is still there to this day, but Randy was highly unprofessional and literally yelled at me to leave their office, even though he ultimately gave me a credit to my bill because he knew I was right. I had to physically go to their office, as I was not getting a call back after leaving numerous messages about their mistake. Always double check what they are trying to charge you for. It was not a good experience.

I've been trying for 3 months to get a plumber out to the house to install a water line for my new…read morefridge. I got a hold of Witts as the new fridge was less than a week away from delivery. While they were in the house, he noticed my hot water heater was starting to leak. I was able to go through my home warranty to get it replaced (although they choose the plumber on that and it wasn't Witt.) Even though I did t use them for the new hot water heater project, I would still totally recommend them as they were able to get to the water line job quickly and I appreciate him giving me a heads up about the hot water heater.

Update: even after filing a complaint through the BBB, the owner blamed me for not voicing my…read moredispleasure before, which I did. And stated that once i paid for the bill, then i said that it was fine. ??? He also stated that he wasn't goin g to refund the entire bill (which isn't what i wanted) nor would he provide an itemized receipt (which he said that he would.)
