I met Adam about a little more than a year ago in March 2016 when I was just testing out the market and going to open houses. I did not have an agent at that time and I was pretty much clueless. I am not originally from Tri-Valley and just recently moved here because of my significant other. He is also not from the area. We actually met Adam at an open house and we instantly received a good vibe from him. We have met a lot of realtors at these open houses but some seemed sketchy or some just didn't fit our needs. The funny thing is we wanted to buy in 2016 but we were too busy and it was a bad time for us. We weren't ready to commit because of our other obligations at that time. About a year later in March 2017, we started to look more aggressively and Adam was a great help along the entire way. He gave insight on the property. For me, his availability was key. I don't work normal hours, I work erratic hours in my job and I work the weekends so it's not always easy attending open houses or seeing the property. He always made himself available.
