He climbed through our attic and went atop our roof to get a great look at what the problem would be. His assessment of the situation was FREE and he gave great advice on how to fix this easy problem. He took video and pictures of everything in the attic and on the roof so I could see exactly what he was seeing. That was most helpful. They did a great job! Needed to get my front door/frame replaced, they came by and looked at the door and gave me multiple options for fixing and replacing it. They were very knowledgeable and asked all sorts of questions, gave a fair quote for labor and came back a few days later at the agreed upon time. He quoted 6 hours and finished right at the 6 hour mark. During the project he was very communicative and open about what was going on and how to proceed. AMAZING 5-Stars! We wanted to support family owned business so we hired Jesus on 6/16/24. He and his team blew us away. He is 100% true to his name "We Care! Handyman" Jesus had a list of repairs including: fixing a door frame, installing trim and baseboards, reinforcing a deck and fixing a broken sprinkler pipe. He was very professional, honest, arrived on time, stayed w/i his quote, and kept us informed of everything (including a lot of pictures). Coincidentally, on 7/23/24, I got my water bill and it was over 200% - i.e. we had another huge leak. I called Jesus and although he was out of the Country, he answered the phone!! These guys are the best, and I've seen the worst! They gave us a fair bid and stuck to that bid. They showed up when they said they would, or texted if they were running late. They didn't steal any of our supplies, and they showed up ready to work sober. They repaired all the things that the last handyman left half done, or not done correctly. They left my house cleaner than they found it. The work they did was Amazing! They treated me with respect and answered all my questions. When they were done with the job, they didn't make up extra charges, or pad their hours! I've had some bad experiences in the past, but Jesus and his crew are great!!!
