One star is generous…read more Our experience with Linda -- who, oddly enough, is a co-owner of the agency -- was beyond disappointing. We hired her to sell our late mother's home, during an already difficult and emotional time. Initially, she seemed compassionate and competent. But the moment we signed the contract, she vanished. We went weeks without communication. When we finally brought it up, she responded with an offensive and insensitive excuse that I won't repeat here out of basic respect -- something she clearly lacks. Even our late mother was disrespected in the process, both in her words and in her complete lack of empathy. At one point, Linda even confused our property with another client's -- her own buyer's specialist had to step in and correct her. That showed us how little attention or care she gave to our situation. Referring to our mother's belongings as "junk" was another degrading moment we'll never forget. Accessing the property became a struggle because she refused to give us access without a code -- and since she never answers her phone or shows up, that became a nightmare. All of the actual work fell on her buyer's specialist (who, to be clear, was the only professional one in this ordeal). Linda didn't even bother to attend the closing. Excuse after excuse, absence after absence. What hurts the most is that we were grieving and needed someone reliable and respectful. Instead, we were treated like an afterthought while she collected a commission check she barely lifted a finger to earn. If you want to be ignored, disrespected, and treated like a paycheck instead of a person, hire Linda. Otherwise -- for your sanity and dignity -- look elsewhere.

I am a property owner using Foxway for property management service…read more We started together at the end of 2014. We had a meeting mid 2015 to review what was happening, here I asked about getting a new storm door put on the house. They said they had one from another property and would check the size. After a few months I followed up they said it never fit. They never contacted me about replacing with a new door. I asked for a specific model from Home Depot. No response. I asked if they could measure the door so I might order and install myself. Weeks and months went by, no response. Finally I found a $49 charge on my account for the measure. I asked for the measurements. They said "we have them". I asked again to send me the measurements but they never did. This is still an outstanding issue currently (more than 1 year later). Moreover, I'm battling a bigger issue (currently unresolved). There is a water leak in the house and they haven't fixed it. The tenants are not happy because they reported it in the fall of 2016. The management company has done nothing. The tenants stopped paying rent in rebellion. Foxway did not notify me rent was not being paid. In our contract they are to inform me of any issues over $500. Another tedious process of reaching out to them and not having my phone calls returned. Additionally, I started looking into other things. They could not send me a current lease agreement, contact info to the tenants nor pictures of the recent walk through of the home. After more than a month of emails and phone calls I got the lease agreement with the Tenants names. At this point I continued to request the other items with the addition of a monthly rental about what is happening each month at the property. This would include November 2016, however I have yet to see any reports, nor have they fulfilled other agreements to me.
