Here are the pros of being at Huron Towers: 1) Perfect Location in the middle of Ann Arbor 2) Staff is extremely competent and very friendly. I never had a single problem with the staff throughout the 6 years I lived there. In fact the staff was extremely helpful. Every time I had a problem they responded instantly and they were very nice about it. Also, they were very friendly when you ran into them in the building. 3) Gym. They have a great gym that is extremely convenient and well-kept. During my stay the gym was upgraded and refurbished several times. They have a decent range of equipment and nice big flat screens. The gym is completely free of charge for the tenants. 4) Swimming pool. In the summer, they have a really amazing swimming pool available to tenants. The swimming pool is right by the building and right by fuller park. It is by far the best swimming pool in the area. 5) Hairdresser. I used to have my hair cut by Cindy Hewens who is nice and generally hilarious, and she works at the hairdresser store in the Huron Tower's building. 6) Garbage disposal. It is extremely easy to dispose of garbage at Huron Towers mainly because they have a lot of staff handling this process to facilitate it for the garbage man. They have a garbage room that really makes life easy. Anything that is big and difficult to handle for disposal can be easily placed in the garbage room and the staff takes care of it. Makes life A LOT easier. Especially when you're installing furniture / getting rid of furniture / or throwing away cardboard boxes. They also pick up garbage bags from each floor, since they have isolated garbage rooms on each and every floor! 7) Cheap. Given the space you get, and all the amenities, you can't really dream of paying so little and yet be in the middle of Ann Arbor as such. The price is an amazing bargain. All in all, after 6 years of living there, I found being at Huron Towers an amazing experience and I'm thankful for it. I can't really reiterate how easier it made my life. I recommend that, if you're looking for residence, that you do go and book an appointment to check the apartments out. It will be worth it down the line to be living at a comfortable, affordable and convenient place as such.
