Then i thought let me reach out to its owners and address my concerns , most likely i thought, they would not give a hoot about me. I sent the email anyway, well i was wrong , seems the owner Claudio takes the matter of "customer satisfaction" very seriously. He addressed my grievance with the appraiser and went above and beyond to make sure the experience i had, moving forward from that point met my expectations. Well i went from never wanting to use this company again to a big WOW the owners actually are hands on and really do care about the clientelle. I should add the owner Claudio , was at a family function on a Sunday and took the time to reply to my message . Another person in that company that i really was impressed with is Michael , He took accountability for every promise. If he says he will look into something and get back to you , he actually will get back to you and follow up until he meets my expectations. So although, i had a rocky beginning with this company the efforts of the owner and employee combined impressed me to say that companies, these days, that truly care about the customer are rare- and this one truly cares and it begins at the top with its owner Claudio- So thanks Claudio for putting the customer first!!!!!!
