Adam's Arrangements gets an A+! I saw an arrangement in their refrigerated area and was asking different prices for different arrangements and I saw this one that looked absolutely gorgeous and had various flowers, red and white roses, carnations , lilies etc.... and it was only $75. Plus it had this beautiful red base (instead of the basic clear glass vase ) that was probably about 10 inches inches in diameter by 8 inches inches high that the arrangement sat in so it was just just this big bold arrangement that was just really impressive and so I reserved an order and came back Saturday 15 minutes before closing to pick it up because I was running late. They were so gracious and said they would wait for me and when I delivered the flowers to our choir pianist she and everyone around her were absolutely thrilled with the appearance of this gorgeous arrangement and it was only $75. It looked like 150. I am so thankful that I found Adams Arrangements they are my new flower shop in Hemet.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

I placed an order online for my aunt, I live in Dallas Texas so I was not familiar with which company to use. I usually like to order from small businesses though so I placed an order based on a google search. I ordered the premium bouquet for my aunts birthday. Well I called the next day because the charge had not went through on my end. Sadly the company did not count my order as valid because the website does not actually charge your account. I spoke with someone and gave my card number and she charged it right away. Fast forward to day of delivery, I called the company to confirm delivery was being made, and they stated I never paid. I got pretty annoyed because I was already charged the 90.09. They finally told me that my order had been delivered. My aunt sent me a picture of a bouquet that looked as if I bought it for 10 dollars at Walmart. I'm so disappointed and will never use the company again. read more

If i could rate this place a 0 i would. Completely over priced for what they give you. Now i understand flowers are a luxury and not a necessity. However, if you charge top dollar for a bouquet make sure what you're giving out is top dollar quality. The first image is what I received vs what I asked for. Mind you they charged me per flower type because it was a mixed bouquet and I didn't get half of what I asked/paid for. I tried giving them another shot she wanted to charge me $25 for a bundle of about 6 carnations. To sum it up, overpriced, money hungry, crappy work, just go somewhere else! read more

These people are a joke. You order something online and you don't get what you ordered. Why advertise pictures and give a completely different order and then try to argue that that's what you paid for. Unprofessional, in the future it's better to buy from someone in the street then this place! Do these flowers look like their website pictures?! read more

I got the worst experience ever. I placed an order of flowers, chocolates and a ballon. My wife received a damaged bouquet of flowers! They forgot to include my chocolates and balloon. When I went to call them, their third party company answered and made it really hard to get a hold of the florist. They told me the only way I can get my money back is if I bring back the flowers. Don't buy from this florist worst experience ever! read more

I went into the flower shop yesterday and selected the arrangement I wanted delivered. I asked can you deliver tomorrow? They said yes. I paid for my arrangement, I filled out a card and an envelope. I called today to confirm delivery. They took down my information and promised to call me back. 3 calls later they confirmed delivery. My wife got home with a completely different arrangement and old dying flowers. Completely disappointed. I was trying to keep my money with local businesses but that was a mistake read more

Do not ever order from this place. They will not deliver your order on time, if at all. I placed an order on Wednesday for Thursday delivery for Teacher Appreciation week. My credit card was charged and I received a confirmation email. Thursday afternoon I contacted the business and was told that someone would call me back...never happened. So I hoped it would be delivered Friday. I called Friday morning and the person who answered assured me that the order went out earlier and I would receive an email or text when delivered...never happened. Of course since it was going to a school and my wife is a teacher, she leaves in the afternoon which I stressed to the flower shop. I called again late Friday afternoon and spoke to the manager who said that someone would call me back...never happened. At this point, I am done. Just give me a refund since my order was never delivered. What a waste of time. These guys are so unprofessional. Do not use this company!!! read more

I came in to Adams arrangements after shopping around the Hemet/San Jacinto area for a nice arrangement. After visiting a couple shops and comparing arrangements/prices i found this shop to have a much better selection, and quality to nearby shops. Mother's Day being one of the busiest times a year for flower shops I expected little assistance while shopping but to my surprise i was helped with a short wait time. Roxanna helped me find the perfect arrangement for my mom and ensured i left satisfied. The shop was clean, and all staff were wearing masks. I would definitely recommend coming in and checking them out. read more

I called to place an order after checking out the beautiful arrangement photos on their website. Upon arrival for pick up, I immediately noticed that the arrangement was way smaller in person and SIX flowers were dead or dying so I had to remove them if I wanted a presentable birthday gift to give. Will not waste my time or money here again. read more

This is the first time I've used Adam's arrangements and will be the last. In the past I've used a well known company to have flowers delivered but this year due to the times we're going through, I decided to use a local company. While I understand that there are times when different colored flowers may be needed to complete an arrangement, the picture of what I ordered online and what my mom received have nothing in common. If the arrangement ordered can't be completed, then a call should've been made to let me know and I would've picked something up else. This is totally unacceptable! read more

Run. Run away. Find any florist but them. They will use old flowers. They won't even give you the proper number of flowers. They will skimp any way they can. Don't expect the arrangement you pick, to look anything like ANY picture in their sight, it will be much worse. I don't believe anyone that works there has been trained, at least by their work you can not prove it by me. Teleflora should be embarrassed to be associated with them, they give Teleflora a bad name. How sad? Is this the best work you can do? Adam, find a new career, you are not qualified. read more

Today my goal was to shop a local florist in my city. I remembered I seen a shop when we moved in 7 months ago. I was trying to get Bday flowers. For my wife. My first impression started like some other reviews but I was amazed with the finish product in the end. The sales rep sold me the most amazing 2 dozen Rose bouquet . My wife loved them so much . Thanks again for amazing service. The price was reasonable . read more

RUDE ATTITUDE AND SERVICE especially from the young lady who works the counter! OH And very over priced flowers. I'd rather spend my money on flowers else where. Never going back! Long story short I even brought in my own vases that I decorated and they still charged an arm and a leg $180 for 4 carnations and 3 baby roses and baby breathes (in each arrangement) . I only asked for 4 mini arrangements but I should have known to go somewhere else as soon as I got attitude from her. This is a late review so I forgot her name but She is bad news for the business, even if it's family owned she needs an attitude adjustment, quick!! I feel sorry for this family and place if she stays any longer! DONT waste your time and money here people! I hope someone reads the reviews here unlike me who just drove by and pulled in. I wish I would have read the reviews first! Glad I'm not the only one who had experienced the rudeness here! You can feel the tension from her bad attitude! She's lucky I didn't tell her off, Bc she already had my money and of course they can't refund it Bc of their no refunds policy! She makes this place suck! Lucky Yelp makes us give one star and that's just for the work the actual florist did. SMH! read more
