I saw an arrangement in their refrigerated area and was asking different prices for different arrangements and I saw this one that looked absolutely gorgeous and had various flowers, red and white roses,carnations , lilies etc.... and it was only $75. Plus it had this beautiful red base (instead of the basic clear glass vase ) that was probably about 10 inches inches in diameter by 8 inches inches high that the arrangement sat in so it was just just this big bold arrangement that was just really impressive and so I reserved an order and came back Saturday 15 minutes before closing to pick it up because I was running late. They were so gracious and said they would wait for me and when I delivered the flowers to our choir pianist she and everyone around her were absolutely thrilled with the appearance of this gorgeous arrangement and it was only $75. It looked like 150. I am so thankful that I found Adams Arrangements they are my new flower shop in Hemet.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

If i could rate this place a 0 i would. Completely over priced for what they give you. Now i understand flowers are a luxury and not a necessity. However, if you charge top dollar for a bouquet make sure what you're giving out is top dollar quality. The first image is what I received vs what I asked for. Mind you they charged me per flower type because it was a mixed bouquet and I didn't get half of what I asked/paid for. I placed an order online for my aunt, I live in Dallas Texas so I was not familiar with which company to use. I usually like to order from small businesses though so I placed an order based on a google search. I ordered the premium bouquet for my aunts birthday. Well I called the next day because the charge had not went through on my end. Sadly the company did not count my order as valid because the website does not actually charge your account. I spoke with someone and gave my card number and she charged it right away. Fast forward to day of delivery, I called the company to confirm delivery was being made, and they stated I never paid. I got pretty annoyed because I was already charged the 90.09. They finally told me that my order had been delivered. My aunt sent me a picture of a bouquet that looked as if I bought it for 10 dollars at Walmart. I'm so disappointed and will never use the company again. read more

When I went to call them, their third party company answered and made it really hard to get a hold of the florist. They told me the only way I can get my money back is if I bring back the flowers. Do not ever order from this place. They will not deliver your order on time, if at all. I placed an order on Wednesday for Thursday delivery for Teacher Appreciation week. My credit card was charged and I received a confirmation email. Thursday afternoon I contacted the business and was told that someone would call me back...never happened. So I hoped it would be delivered Friday. I called Friday morning and the person who answered assured me that the order went out earlier and I would receive an email or text when delivered...never happened. Of course since it was going to a school and my wife is a teacher, she leaves in the afternoon which I stressed to the flower shop. I called again late Friday afternoon and spoke to the manager who said that someone would call me back...never happened. At this point, I am done. I came in to Adams arrangements after shopping around the Hemet/San Jacinto area for a nice arrangement. After visiting a couple shops and comparing arrangements/prices i found this shop to have a much better selection, and quality to nearby shops. Mother's Day being one of the busiest times a year for flower shops I expected little assistance while shopping but to my surprise i was helped with a short wait time. Roxanna helped me find the perfect arrangement for my mom and ensured i left satisfied. The shop was clean, and all staff were wearing masks. This is the first time I've used Adam's arrangements and will be the last. In the past I've used a well known company to have flowers delivered but this year due to the times we're going through, I decided to use a local company. While I understand that there are times when different colored flowers may be needed to complete an arrangement, the picture of what I ordered online and what my mom received have nothing in common. If the arrangement ordered can't be completed, then a call should've been made to let me know and I would've picked something up else. This is totally unacceptable! read more

RUDE ATTITUDE AND SERVICE especially from the young lady who works the counter! OH And very over priced flowers. I'd rather spend my money on flowers else where. Never going back! Long story short I even brought in my own vases that I decorated and they still charged an arm and a leg $180 for 4 carnations and 3 baby roses and baby breathes (in each arrangement) . I only asked for 4 mini arrangements but I should have known to go somewhere else as soon as I got attitude from her. This is a late review so I forgot her name but She is bad news for the business, even if it's family owned she needs an attitude adjustment, quick!! I feel sorry for this family and place if she stays any longer! DONT waste your time and money here people! I hope someone reads the reviews here unlike me who just drove by and pulled in.
