I pointed out that it was a Visa card, but she would not accept it. She would not accept my American Express card either. I got the feeling that she was just being stubborn about taking my cards simply because it was a hassle for her. Needless to say, I left without buying anything from this grumpy lady. The next day, I called the business and asked the manager what credit cards they accept....just checking to see if I would get the same response.
