Called and was told I could drop my balloons off Saturday afternoon to have them ready at a specific time Sunday morning. The balloon bouquet was not done, and we were late to the party the balloons were originally for. Pretty disappointed. The bouquet itself came out nice. (which I purchased on Amazon, they simply were filling them up and putting the bouquet together for me.) It was more so the customer service. read more

This use to be my go to place for all my party supplies. Unfortunately not too many parties lately, however I needed some balloons today. The son is working and he was extremely rude to everyone waiting. He seemed put out that we all wanted balloons. He was not patient nor friendly. Very sad his mom was always so helpful. This place was a little scary trying to park Out front and trying to get out of our car. Traffic doesn't stop and is very busy on the weekend. I walked in and roamed around for about 5 minutes looking for a Fortnite themed piñata. There was nobody in sight. I stated to leave and came across a senior lady who went to get her son. Very friendly gentleman. He told me no fortnite anything. Disappointed I left. I can't really judge this store based on the little time i spent in there, but for. I like to go here for Halloween. We've bought costumes, costume accessories, leis for our skeletons one year, Ben Nye theatrical makeup, and more. When my daughter was little we bought pinatas and streamers. for her birthday parties. It's a great store; has everything one could need for halloween or costume parties. I always seem to get waited on by the same pleasant and helpful woman, so there's that too. read more

rude, racist or both! i was just there today and when myself and cousin (african americans) walked in - we were told by the one and only old caucasian male in the store that he'd be with us in a moment. we cheerfully said hello and looked primarily at pinatas. the caucasian male continued to converse with a caucasian customer who also seemed to be a friend. we stood by, waited patiently simply to ask the price of a pinata. but the two kept conversing and the man who worked there never looked at us although the customer did. she attempted to wrap up the conversation since her transaction had been complete prior to our arrival but the man kept asking her about different people they know. finally, i respectfully said excuse me in a regular voice and tone because i have class and tact. i tried this a few times anywhere from a minute to thirty seconds apart up to three times. by the last time, i spoke a little louder although i knew they heard and were ignoring me. i attempted to ask how much are pinatas? the man said yeah okay, excuse us. i'll be with you in a minute. i tried to say it's just that my cousin has to be at work soon. he became disrespectful and spent his time talking over me in an attempt to continue his conversation but it would have been quicker and easier to assist me respectfully each time i asked tactfully or waited patiently. weird! funny thing is i work in marketing advertising and promotions. i'm currently planning a family reunion and various events for work come up often. i was about to come back another day and buy most things there since i saw a few things while present. unfortunately, i will not spend my money there and neither should you unless you support unnecessary disrespect and rudeness for no good reason! read more

Very helpful and friendly! And GREAT prices! This was our all-in-one party stop. We walked in looking for a pinata, they customized one to fit our party theme. Then we got balloon bouquets, w/helium, less than $1 a balloon. Better than the DollarTree because we got to customize everything. While we were in there we stressed how we didn't like the company we went through for the jumper. Turns out, they do jumpers too! And the jumper is the cheapest price around. I called every company on yelp to price check before I found this local gem! We got out for LESS than $150 and we got: A jumper (Delievered & pick-up) Large Pinata Pinata stick Pinata mask 4 balloon bouquets (they assemble, we just pick up) 40" large silver number 4 balloon (with helium) An inflatable ring toss game A few random pinata filler We will be back here, for sure and we definitely recommend! read more

This is a hidden gem in town; a huge variety of costumes, make ups, balloons, party supplies for any themes/ occasions and for everyone. The store is nice, clean and is well organized. I rarely write a poor review but feel I need to. Don't bring balloons to them to fill. They neglect to tie the ribbon as soon as you go outside it flys away. Also they popped one of them but only tell you to let you know again they aren't responsible. I have been coming here forever but will not ever again. When I spoke to them I was informed it was tied and must of been the wind. Next time I will just buy my own helium and do it my self they were overpriced anyways. read more

I have mixed feelings for this store, it's a huge place & has a lot of choices but they get most of the discontinued things so don't always have enough of what I'm looking for. Their pricing is eehhh, some things are a great deal while others IMO are over priced. The people working there always seem to be helpful. The older woman ( I'm assuming the owner) prefers to work with cash. My only complaint - I don't carry cash & she acts like using the machine is a hassle read more
