The wife was telling about why they keep the price so low. It took the husband less than 20 minutes to inspect my vehicle and pass it. Clean and up to date lobby area; not dismal like a few auto shops I've previously been to where I've gotten my inspections done. The Masters lobby is bright, well lit, with fresh scent. She immediately had an awful attitude while directing me into the bay, but I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. When I pulled my car in, she yelled at me because I didn't have my insurance ready immediately. I told her it would take me just a second to pull it up on my phone, and she told me to get out of her bay. As I was getting back into my car, she told me, "You can be mad all you want, little b**ch." Absolutely unbelievable. I have never experienced someone working in customer service speak to a customer that way. She was rude, aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. I went in for a routine oil check (which they took an hour and 40 minutes to do) they then proceeded to quote me for 300 Dollar drive belts, a $300 cooling flush, a $500 valve cover gasket, and $3000 to remove and replace a suspension control arm. Not even to mention the realizing that they said they didn't include in the quote. When I went to a dealership to get this all checked, the only thing is I was wrong was that my battery was a little bit slow, which is something they didn't even find. TLDR: they will up charge you to hell and back and not even spot the things are actually wrong with your car. They will take too long for the things that they actually do and don't make up for an quality.

I had a slow leak in one tire, and knew enough about tires to know all four would need replacing soon. I'd been a driver of many cars for decades, and knew when a tire was wearing unevenly from bad alignment. There was no wool these guys were going to pull over my eyes. Made an 11 AM appointment. By 11:30 they'd found a nail in the sidewall that could not be repaired. Replace/balance all 4 tires for $550.00 on a 2015 Toyota Corolla (after $120.00 rebate). By 1:00 PM I was ready to go. Somewhat Long Time in the garage, but front office service was great. Found alignment was slightly off. I declined the $80.00 realignment (it's good enough). Get'em rotated every 6,000 miles and warranty is still good.
