Never experienced such bad customer service in my life. I should have known what kind of experience I was going to have when I walked into "the office" to check in and saw an old fat hag sitting there with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth. She immediately had an awful attitude while directing me into the bay, but I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. When I pulled my car in, she yelled at me because I didn't have my insurance ready immediately. I told her it would take me just a second to pull it up on my phone, and she told me to get out of her bay. As I was getting back into my car, she told me, "You can be mad all you want, little b**ch." Absolutely unbelievable. Horrible service! Lady that works there is extremely rude! There were no clear cut directions on where to park. Was unsure if I could park in the cell phone store lot. Just unhappy lady. Went here to get my car inspection done before but when i got there, it was just me and the young lady who did the inspiration so it was a smooth WONDERFUL PROCESS!! decided to go there again, I pulled in and saw a truck leaving and an SUV parked on the side. I quickly pulled up to get out the street I saw no parking signs so went up to go around the car infront to see if there were any other directions on where to go. Backing my SUV up since it was a small space it took some time between me still looking on where to go and looking if there was anyone there to direct me. There was already a car in the bay so I was confused on where parking is and how to get in line. As I back up to turn around with my windows up and music on I look down then up to see this chunky lady yelling! I stopped and rolled my windows down and asked the customer standing outside what did she say since she walked off the moment i roll my windows down (I assumed she worked there) she then comes back and says "don't block the f*** driveway" I was taken a back like YOU CAN NOT BE TALKING TO ME. I then told her I was turning around to get out to ask for assistance she then again proceeded to say "well don't block the drive way" I then said "ma'am my car is moving I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GO!" she said there is parking at the side over there (NO SIGN THAT SAID PARKING) that was the first acknowledgement of my intentions but she still kept being rude and I had to ask if she needed coffee or needed to go home because I've NEVER MET YOU BEFORE & WAS A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER that needed a service done and SIMPLE directions ON PARKING SINCE THAT WASN'T WRITTEN ON HER MAKE SHIFT SIGN UP FRONT! I again asked her if she was ok because.. what... she said she hates when people block her driveway.. ma'am if someone is a first time customer and don't know where to go you can POLITELY DIRECT THEM SINCE THIS IS A CONSTANT ISSUE FOR YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS. The other customers waiting (outside in the COLD) were baffled at her attitude as so was I. (I clapped back not proud of it but heeey) I don't knock small businesses but try not to make assumptions and let something so small alter the way you treat people or even run your own business! If someone doing something that small frustrates you, YOU DON'T NEED TO DEAL WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC! Can I give a minus rating? This company is one of the worse experiences I have ever had! The lady running the company is just downright rude and obnoxious. The other guy that was there a day later called me a liar - like I had never been there and never paid my smog check fee and I was trying to get a free smog check. When I asked him to check the system for my car - of course, there was no way he could perform that task. I had thought I didn't get any paperwork from the day before - but went back to the car and she had left the paperwork in the floorboard of my car. So instead of finishing my car - he gave a smog check to the person waiting after me - and left me just sitting there to wait. I would NOT send my worst enemy to this business. i've been here before and the lady didn't have the best service attitude but i figured everyone has a bad day but we did end up talking and she confided in me about how her business was loosing money due to the recent tx changes but i came back just because it's close to my house and i wanted to get my inspection done and over with. but each time i am here the old lady gives me different directions on to approach with my car despite what the out dated sign says. today as i was waiting in my car due to another car being serviced she walked out and started screaming at me while i'm in my car with other customers in the lot as well not only was this terribly unprofessional but it's disgusting behavior towards paying customers especially when your already loosing money ! DO NOT GO HERE! Pulled into the "parking lot" which is not designated the only parking spots are for the store next door. A man pulled in be-hide me (blocking me in) and the lady walked out and took his keys to do his inspection which is fine he got up there first whatever. After waiting for his to be completed he pulled out so I moved my car up to the garage to have mine done next. The lady was no where to be found even after seeing me standing outside waiting for the previous man to be completed. I walked into the garage and knocked on the office door and was greeted by the lady yelling saying that I needed to move my car and park in the lot and walk back in and knock again. I told the lady I did that and she took the man who came after me and she continued to yell saying that I can't block the drive and I need to read the sign. At this point I had already had enough of this lady so I walked back to my car while she continued to yell saying she can't run a business if the Customers can't read. Will never return to this place and I advise anyone to not go as well. Its a shame she treats anyone especially veterans this way. read more

Carol is extremely fast and friendly. In and out without a fuss and it is great to support a small business in town. I bring all of my cars here and have never had one issue. It also seems cheaper for some reason. read more
