Not even to mention the realizing that they said they didn't include in the quote. When I went to a dealership to get this all checked, the only thing is I was wrong was that my battery was a little bit slow, which is something they didn't even find. TLDR: they will up charge you to hell and back and not even spot the things are actually wrong with your car. He picked his truck up and the rear brakes were smoking. He took his truck back up there. They kept his truck another 2 weeks. They broke his master cylinder and there was air all in the brake lines. They would never answer the phone and when they finally did he demanded his truck. So they refunded the money and had a wrecker deliver the truck to the house. They never fixed the truck! My dad and uncle are old and had to do the job. They got it fixed in one day. The whole reason for him taking it up there is because it is getting to hard for them to do things like that.
