I noticed their card today in my wallet and thought let me do this before I forget again, because they definitely deserve one. I have brought my truck here several times in the last few yrs and they have always treated me fair and with great service. The young lady up front I believe her name is "Cheyenne" is always very polite and informative and I have also dealt with a young mechanic "Dillon" several times, always polite and very knowledgeable. So to get to the point, there was nothing wrong with our vehicle after Dillon looked at it, they let me know what I could do at the house to address the issue and I left with a smile. The point here is they could have charged me to look at my vehicle and then for service and or parts, that we didn't need and so on. But they didn't! That's hard to find these days unfortunately...a fair, honest and client first type of business. So I highly recommend their service, knowledge and skills, but most of all their honesty! 5 stars ***** Airborne ATW!

One time we need a battery swapped out it's pretty hard to get to under the fender when we came to pick it up the fender and the will well were not put back together correctly, so I had to tell the young man at the front desk that the whole unit is loose and he copped an attitude and put it back in his shop and had his guys fix it. Another time we were here our car kept stalling. I told them that it seemed like it was the security system that needed to be rebooted, but they had to try every other option and kept the car for four days charging us almost $1000 to reboot the security system and give us a new key pad. Another time I asked him if they could check the brakes on the vehicle, cause they were acting strange and would offer them to pay for a new brake job when I get there the young man at the desk tells me that they have to charge us to look at it. Who charges to look at a vehicle's brake pads to see if they're good or not. I guess this place does and the only place that I could find that does. At this point I realized all they care about is the money they don't give a crap about the customers. When I found out, they want to charge me this astronomical price just to look at the brake pads and give me an estimate. I told them that I would come get the keys and take it somewhere else and the young man at the counter said good take it somewhere else .real professional. To everyone that reads this beware.

Her car was dead. Wouldn't shift into gear. Could be the transmission... wouldn't start, had to be towed. This is an acid test for how good a shop is because here comes the stranger with maybe a bad transmission. And if you're going to gouge somebody, that's the person to gouge, right? So we tow it in at noon on a Friday. It's fixed by 4:00 the same day, and the total charge is two hundred dollars. I am a Yelp Elite from Magnolia, Texas, and I'm a real customer. I was told they would charge double what I was quoted and the work would fail. Well they quoted me $750 and the bill came back at $904 so $154 above the quote. The reality is I think the other $154 is a bit bogus.. $75 for anti-freeze.. come on also that should have been in the initial quote. Here's the deal though, I had to go out of town to move my family to Texas and I had my friend pay it for me and pick up my jeep. The work they did was quality work and I have had no issues since.. only been a few weeks. They also were incredibly quick and communicated. I didn't dock them a star because of how flexible they were to let my friend take care of this for me and since I haven't had any issues:)
