We were well informed about what was happening in the classroom and our kids' progress in learning the material presented. Anytime we had concerns, they were addressed professionally and timely. The children are about the only good thing about this place. The owner (Robyn) shows constant favoritism to her own daughter (Angel) that works here, her sister (Ladonna), and the few employees that she likes/ that have worked there for years. Her daughter (Angel) who is not even qualified to work here is allowed to do the bare minimum(causing other classrooms to go without and other people to do her job), runs personal errands on the clock, she watches her own child on the clock(other employees have also had to help watch her daughter while working), she does her own personal school work on the clock, sits in the office doing personal tasks rather than working, leaves for longer periods of time than her allotted break times, shows up late, "isn't allowed to be in the bathroom for too long because she forgets what shes doing/ where she is" (Robyns own words), wears whatever she wants while the rest of us follow a dress code. Other employees are expected to pick up Angel's slack and not say anything about it, yet Robyn has fired other people on the spot for the same thing. Ladonna the cook does not follow food safety policies, consistently leaves food uncovered in the fridge after cooking it, freezes, de-thaws, and re-freezes food. Claims things on the menu are homemade but in reality they are pre-made items. Uses the microwave to cook 90% of the food, walks around the center with the same gloves on that shes uses to prepare the food. Has served expired food as well as raw food on multiple occasions. Does not provide enough food for the kids to have a full portion or second helpings. Shows up late and leaves early almost every single day, and complains about doing her job constantly. Robyn will consistently brag about how much money she has and all the things she buys/ trips she goes on but wont give her employees raises or incentives to stay or offer healthcare benefits or any benefits really. If you are sick or have to call out she will shame you for it and show no sympathy or understanding, but allows her own daughter to call out whenever she feels like it. Will allow her favorite employees to accrue PTO but would cash out my PTO on almost every single paycheck to the point I had negative PTO hours. Robyn will make a set of rules for one classroom but certain people are exempt from those rules. She does not accommodate children that show signs of being on the spectrum or that may have a disability instead she will just kick them out of the center. Working here took a huge toll on my mental health, despite working extremely hard day after day I was never shown any gratitude or appreciation instead I was treated as the "less than" employee because I was simply not a part of her favorites. Even though I was considered a "lead teacher" I was not allowed to make any decisions about the classroom I worked in, had my ideas turned down, and was not recognized as a good employee ever. Robyn is an extremely greedy, selfish and unappreciative employer and expects this job to be your only priority when this business is not her priority in the slightest. She is the worst manager I have ever encountered in my entire life. I will sincerely miss the children I cared for but I will not miss working here, and do not recommend this place for employment at all for anyone.

They call me almost every day because one of my kids has a "fever", I go pick them up, and they are PERFECTLY fine. I am state pay, so they get paid anyway.........so when they don't feel like actually taking care of my kids, they just send them home. Not only this, but they will find any excuse to suspend kids. For weeks at a time...... The Manager Naomi likes to tell you how to punish your children if they have a bad day, She also told me that my son is not normal, I am applaud with her. the communication absolutely sucks. My daughter started as an infant, and apparently the hours for the infant classroom differ from the normal hours. NO ONE TOLD me this. I found out after I was charged for "overtime" for her being there. My kids are all unhappy, dirty, and starving when I pick them up. They HATE going. awful place.

She is 10 months, there is never any incident reports the staff never notices anything per their words and I'm fed up with bringing my daughter there. There are a bunch of young adults that work there and are careless. Please do not bring your child to this daycare because they do not monitor them at all and if something happens they will not inform you. Also, my niece attends and she is very vocal with a big vocabulary and voiced she has had an accident today before lunch. She was in wet clothes all day and they failed to inform my sister. I have worked in CA and NV and Central Valley in Spokane Valley has by far exceeded expectations of how they treat students and staff at their schools.
