You womt find…read moreanother school like St Dominics where your daughter will receive such a good sound Catholic education and formation for life. 6th grade was the turning point where classes and school become more difficult. Because the sisters dont use internet or computers and media as most people do nowadays communication is definitely much slower than one would expect in our day and age. This is in part because the sisters do all the teaching and caring for school grounds etc and they dont hire someone to be secretarty they take turns doing that too so this keeps the cost of the school very affordable. My older daughter seems happy there but she is at the age where the grass is greener on the other side and school is hard. This is normal at this age. I remember going through it as well. She gets along w some of the teachers better than others. Again. Normal. Is the school perfect? No. Are the kids who go their perfect or teachers perfect? No. Theyre human. Most definitely the school is a blessing however challenging it is. Our children nowadays need to learn that they "can do hard things". I wish someone had taken the trouble to teach me this before i became a Mother.

Our son is in the Pre-K class with Miss Amy and Miss Amanda, and they are both incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely invested in the kids. One thing that really stands out about Kinder-Magic is how much they prioritize the emotional wellbeing of each child as well as the classroom community. The teachers are very intentional about helping the kids feel safe, supported, and confident. Our son also attends the afternoon supplemental classes, where he may be with Miss Amy, Miss Amanda, Miss P, or Miss Bernadette, and he adores them all. Every teacher we've encountered has been warm, thoughtful, and clearly loves what they do. After trying a few other places before this, it's such a relief to finally feel like we found the right fit. Our son comes home happy and excited to tell us about his day, which says everything. We're so grateful we found Kinder-Magic. If you're looking for a nurturing, thoughtful preschool or kindergarten in the CDA area, this place is truly magic.

Mrs. Wheeler has a special gift for connecting with her students and teaching them in a way that they absolutely love learning. The school is heavily focused on reading, math, science and geography. The students grasp these subjects so well early on, because Mrs. Wheeler teaches them in a fun and engaging manner. Our child is now very well prepared for grade school. She has thrived here, and from speaking with other parents, her classmates have as well. Mrs. Wheeler challenges each student to their individual abilities, and sets them up for success. FOUR classes (Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd combo, 3rd & 4th combo, and a 5th, 6th and 7th grade combo.) The K-7 dynamic was unfamiliar to me. I'd only ever attended schools that were K-5 or K-6, depending on when the district decided to throw children into middle school. This school was different. I was immediately welcomed into Miss Walsh's First and Second grade class. I loved her. I loved having pretty teachers. It really set the precedent for my standards later in life. Soon thereafter, she became Mrs. Lewis, and I was SO MAD to miss her shower because I had the chicken pox. After second grade, I zipped into Miss Isherwood's class and I looooved it. I spent two years under her instruction before exiting OP to attend a private school. (eau la la). It was great. THE END.

Because supposedly we did not go in that morning and ha d deliver it to the teacher hosting Mrs. Lancaster. I did not know that was the way to do things, aka be a helicopter mom. Campus was beautiful as it mixes in the nostalgia of the 1800s with some new touches of the millennium. Definitely felt the sports town vibe here and the pride it has for its sports. In the end, my boy decided to stay closer to home but the experience at Gonzaga and the Spokane area left quite an impression on us.
