Service when things are wrong are when a company proves I should be doing business with them. Potentially through no fault of Adam's lock I had an unusual component failure when they were working on some new keys for me. I was upset in the show room and they could have easily shook me off and done nothing to help me (due to mild tantrum). They really did all they could to correct this issue as fast as was possible. The assurance they gave really diffused my aggressive nature.They also did all they could to keep me in the best position by going above and beyond. Don't buy products from them they will not warranty when they break. They will try and tell you you installed incorrect.( been doing this for 15 years never had one break) door knob after 1 week of being installed would no longer lock . said it was the I install that broken it . Extremely rude and condescending. Do not do business with these people. Would not make me a key, dismissively waived me off when I attempted explain that although my key said "do not duplicate" I was the owner of the key. And stated "don't even bother telling me what you googled. I don't want to hear it." I literally had to walk out of the store for fear of absolutely losing it on this guy. I went down the street and got my keys duplicated in two minutes. Cannot stress this enough, absolute jerks! I called this business on 11/15/2018 at 2:15 PM to schedule a service call. I spoke to an individual by the name of Rod who said that they charge $119 for the service call, $90 per hour plus parts. He said that they would call me back to schedule an appointment. To date, they have not called me. I attempted to contact them on their local telephone number (603-224-1652) and (833-583-3959) and went to a recording that said, "We're sorry. Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again or call your operator to help you."
