We sincerely apologize for your experience and the lack of communication through our warranty and service company. Please feel free to reach out to Charlene, Store Sales Manager in Nashua @ 603-854-6756. She would be happy to assist you and facilitate a service appointment on your behalf." I had spent 5-6 hours dealing with New Leaf, the alleged warranty company, then another few hours sending notes to Barons through their website with no replies. Finally got the above note after posting a negative review, HMM... Was just going to drop it but figured since I am a huge fan of buying local and from the smaller guys especially in NH I would may a few suggestions to help Dave at Barons Find a new warranty company or take responsibility for the warranty as your sales people state during the sales process " Barons takes care of all warranty issues themselves, we stand behind our products". Whomever is monitoring customer requests through your website needs to be retrained or replaced, maybe the system does too. As for my situation after wasting my time trying to work this through Barons and New leaf I gave up and bought the part from Bosh and will fix it myself when it arrives. My time spent is worth much more than the policy cost and probably as much as I paid for the high end dishwasher. Interestingly my washing machine went during this debacle with Barons and New leaf. Normally that would be a guaranteed sale for Barons but I went to Home depot instead. Last item, I noticed when doing this post several negative reviews here, all are related to service, maybe something you should consider looking into personally

    UPDATE: 5 stars to store staff (Andy and Kathy) 0 stars to Best Buy communications!…read more In December I ordered a remote car start online and scheduled an installation appointment at the Manchester NH store (30 miles from my home - closest Best Buy that would install) 1/7/2025 - I received an email from Services Experience Manager stating the appointment needed to be rescheduled from afternoon "to book you an early morning appointment to adjust for the delay in booking times." - I have no clue what this means, but an eary morning appointment was very difficult for us. 1/8/2025 - I replied that early morning was difficult and were there any afternoon appointments. - No response 1/10/2025 - I sent a second email asking if it was at all possible to schedule an afternoon appointment - No response 1/15/2025 - Called and asked about the appointment and was told that it was still scheduled for 1/20 at 3:30 1/19/2025 - received an email confirming the appointment along with instructions as to what to expect 1/20/2025 at 7 am received another confirmation. Arrived at the store at 3 pm., where the greeters told us the tech was not there. The store (maybe department) manager came out and asked to schedule a call the next afternoon with her and the tech to find a time that would work for us. She also requested that we not reply to email requests for review because this would reflect badly on the tech and it was not his fault. 1/21/2025 - spoke with tech and store manager, scheduled new appointment for Feb 10. Store Manager offered a $50 discount for our inconvenience - ok, thank you, discount was appreciated 1/27/2025 - received an email from Best Buy cancelling order and a refund on my credit card. Called the direct number the Store Manager had given us. No answer. 2/10 - called and texted the store manager number. Recieved a text back that the appointment was on as scheduled. Arrived at the store and Andy did an amazing job. Start to finish in 45 minutes. Store manager Kathy came to make sure all was well and we were completely satifisfied. Kudo's to in store staff for a job well done. Absolutely ridiculous communication on Best Buys automated part. We reached out and tried to confirm at every step only to be met with silence.

The first sign that this was going to be different was upon entering. The front desk attendant was engaged in an animated conversation with a fellow worker. Obviously too busy to acknowledge customers. I came over looking at the possibility of purchasing a small sound system for our nonprofit's meetings. I stepped into the sound system area. An employee was looking into infinity and an open Sudoku game on his smartphone. I asked where I could find such sound systems and he seemed to be bothered by my intrusion into his Sudoku. He pointed towards the WiFi section. Not a peep. I thought about their training process at Best Buy and how it could be improved. I then stepped in the WiFi and boom box area. An employee was idling by but when she saw me, she stepped away quickly. The cash register area had three employees engaged in conversation. Not one looking at the floor or customers. I ambled about looking at possibly finding a small sound system. Didn't see any values for what I needed. I left the store after 20 minutes. Not one person approached me. I figure they're not interested in their jobs or their company. Don't think I'll ever be here again.

    I did a google search on appliance repair in the Manchester area and Glenn's Appliance was in the…read moresearch. I have an LG washer and he told me on the phone that they do not service LG. First suggestion, please list certain brands on your repair page that you do not fix. It would have saved both of us time. So, I ask for a recommendation for a business in the area who repairs LG. (As a side note, I operate a small mom & pop operation and if I cannot help a customer, I will tell them where they can find what they need. I find that this helpfulness brings them back to me.) The guy on the phone tells me that "No one does. LG's are very tough to work on and their parts are hard to find." It turns out that that was an outright lie. I called "Mr. Appliance" next. They informed me that they could help. They even emailed me a confirmation of the appointment and included a photo of their technician so that I would know beforehand who would be in my home. They sent a guy out to my house, he listened to my machine and then diagnosed it and had it fixed in just about 20 minutes. They accepted cash/checks/credit cards right on the spot. They then proceeded to email me a receipt and one day later, another email to thank me again and check on how the washing machine was. Because in this on particular instance Glen's chose not to help in any capacity, I would never personally purchase anything from them and I will continue to let others know how unprofessional that business is. I found a couch I liked the look of (the Calvin line), so we decided to go check it out in person. I was extremely hesitant to go to this store after reading the other reviews saying the salespeople were terrible, there were issues with this and that, and all sorts of other things. I am SO glad we went anyway; we had the best experience! Thom O'Donnell worked with us the whole time and was WONDERFUL! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, didn't push anything on us, and gave us the perfect balance between space to browse and attention for information. He was fast, efficient, and accurate in everything he did, and so pleasant and friendly the whole time! My boyfriend and I were so pleased with what we saw at the store and our experience, that we decided to get a dining room table and chairs set as well as the couch which we ended up loving. Thom got us all set up with our pieces to be delivered and assembled at our apartment in Stoneham, and he was very thorough with telling us the whole process. We could easily tell that he wasn't trying to pull the wool over our eyes or trick us into doing or buying anything we didn't want. I will update this review when our furniture is delivered and share how that goes. For now, we are very pleased with the experience we had at Bob's, and if all goes well with the delivery, I'm sure we'll be back in the future for more furniture!

They…read moredid have a few nice pieces, although on further inspection , I was a little concerned about durability. Other than that, the service is almost creepy. They greet you when you come in, okay that's nice, but as you walk around the store, they keep popping up at weird times, and in weird places. Asking questions, asking what you like, interrupting my husband and I several times. It almost reminded me of an escape room experience. We were close to making a purchase, but the people were so annoying that we left and went to another store instead.
