We looked around, found the perfect shade , material etc. It was box packed with transparent cover. Looks great. Ordered and said we would pick up within 7 days. Came home and checked online.... the color is completely different Went to the store again. They checked and said -- Sorry it was upside down so I could see the back color ! No problem. Cancelled and Ordered another one. All verified, color ok. Even before I reached home, they called -- sorry, we made a mistake. It is not in stock ! I mean how many times a store can mess up?

I ordered a new TV stand - nice one - that will not be in until the end of the month - maybe - I haven't been contacted for delivery. I know this is Covid time. The staff and the store are so well maintained, clean and have the safety concerns we all do. I could have bought this all on tax free weekend here in MA, saved hundreds of dollars and still had it around the same time. I didn't buy a special made item with the need to create an entire living room set! I bought "Off the rack". I'm very disappointed. We spent well over $5000 on furniture. I've spent thousands at Bobs in the past - all my furniture and this is just terrible.

I hope that within another month my autistic daughter won't be sleeping on the floor because of this awful company.

We couldn't help peeking occasionally and he was still amiable. Our questions were welcomed and easily answered. He even pointed out a small fold and said if it didn't resolve on its own to call and it would be fixed. Even though the initial demonstration had been wonderful, we were still wondering how the top or bottom could be closed. He was very patient in demonstrating. Purchased engineered Hickory. It was a month late. There was no communication and I found out by…read morecalling them. They stated it was over purchased, yet never contacted me. After several phone calls promises not kept, I had to continue calling them after they were to contact me. They stated that they can do a search for the flooring and found some out of state. Again after several not returned calls I received a date for delivery. I informed them I wanted a discount and free delivery. They contacted the general manager and got me 1/2 off delivery. I lost much more money than this. I wasn't able to get my flooring in time for the contractor, so every contractor has to shift their schedules. The person at the store said to me, we waved the shipping cost of $600 for the out of state product. I informed him that they were responsible for that, having screwed up. Kind of lame for him to even state that. We called corporate who refused to compensate, asking for 10% off and free delivery. The company has no communication. The company tries to put it on the purchaser when they make a mistake. All the way to corporate is most unhelpful. You would take a business that almost went under like they did would treat their customers better. I've learned and will go elsewhere in the future.
