My new snowblower failed during its first use. I contacted Superior Power Equipment. They said to bring it in and they would see if they could fix it. I took it to them, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. All this was done in 35 minutes. Not once did they suggest it was my fault or that the repair would take weeks. I could not hope for a more efficient or pleasant experience. Great work and customer service. I am so glad that I chose this dealer for my purchase. read more

Not happy it took 34 business days to get my mower back they put the wrong number down gave them a deadline to get done it was not done but they got it done by the end of business day. Had them check my numbered in the computer and it was right dumb asses for not checking it . And I never got a sorry and gave me grief never do business with them again read more

Called on a Thursday, and for a very nominal fee they picked up my snowblower at 9:30 Friday morning and called me at 4:30 Friday afternoon to inform me that it was ready and they would be dropping it off on Saturday. They originally quoted me at least 2 days until it would hit the bench, not often companies exceed expectations, but these guys did. Will be definitely be recommending this company to my friends. read more

I was looking to purchase my first lawn tractor. I originally went to the dealer in my home town. They were a scam and misresented their abilities has a Husqvarna dealer. They could not deliver as promised and would not or could not provide the Husqvarna promotional financing due to issues they have. I can only guess financial ones. This was three days before my machine was to be delivered! After a week of unfilled promises. I called Superior Power Equipt in Manchester NH. I spoke to Amy on the phone and they were OUTSTANDING. I was able to buy a better machine and on my terms. I even purchased additional equipment and the staff could not have been knowledgeable, nicer, and professional. I with out hesitation say if you live within 100 miles of this store it would be worth it to buy and service your Husqvarna equiptment from them. read more

After repeatably trying to get my snow blower in for repair at Stills I finally gave up and found Superior Power Equipment in the Yellow Pages. I called and spoke with a very helpful person. They came out and picked up my snow blower, fixed it and brought it back working all within a week, one day prior to our next snow storm. After having sticker shock from the dealer I bought my John Deere from regarding replacing blades and overall Spring service, this place is where I chose to do business. Amy was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Although it was a couple days later than promised, it was due to the wrong blades being delivered to them so not their fault. My tractor was delivered as good as new! I was like a child getting his first bike! I also saved close to $100 compared to the dealer.
