I called Fortified and was promptly greeted over the phone and given a price for the lockout service, and he said he would be at my location in about 30-40 minutes. Exactly 30 minutes later, Chad came to my rescue and was able to open my car in a matter of seconds! He was so friendly and professional, and the price he gave me on the phone was exactly what he charged me, didn't try to upcharge me last minute like some other places do. They also take credit/debit cards in addition to cash, which is a lifesaver because it's hard to find cash in unexpected situations like this. Derek fit me in at a busy time when we were about to go on vacation and needed a new lock ASAP. He answered my phone message right away, showed up, and did the job well. The locks he suggested and installed are handsome yet tough. All the keys he cut worked.
