Our experience with Adams Pest Control has been frustrating overall. When we closed on our home, the termite insurance was included as part of our mortgage paperwork (paid for by us). However, I never received any formal documentation, service report, or proof of what was actually done. After several calls, texts, and emails over the course of weeks, I finally received a response only after I reached out multiple times and escalated the issue. While Clayton (owner I believe) who finally replied was polite and apologized for the confusion, it took far too long to get even basic information. I was even thinking about hiring them for our normal pest control, but never got a call back ever. What was most disappointing is that the company managed to contact us quickly once it came time to ensure we knew about the renew and those costs, etc., despite STILL not having, or providing proper paperwork or follow-through to us. If you're considering using Adams Pest Control, be prepared for very slow response times and incomplete documentation. I'd recommend verifying every detail up front and insisting on getting your records in writing before assuming your home is covered. If our home does get termites we may seek legal action as there is a chain of very bad communication, and documentation. I will never use Adams pest control business again. Poor customer service very nasty disrespectful and doesn't handle business professional.

Have been trying to get a hold of them for three weeks and they have an answering machine on. This is no way to do business.

Terrible service. Killed the grass across the front of my house and couldn't even get them to talk to me about it. They act like they are doing you a favour paying them for a service. Do yourself a favour and look somewhere else. They have way too much competition to treat Clients rudely. read more

Adam's Pest Control was professional, prompt, and pleasant to deal with. I got several different pest control inspections and estimates before choosing them. One company was over twice their price. It pays to shop around. I would definitely recommend them. They have been in business for over 65 years, so they are well established. read more

We normally do our own peat control but this is it has been out of control as with everything in this world. When I called Adams they were very friendly and I talked to a real person. The tech that serviced our home was thorough and very efficient. Free service between scheduled visits when needed. Great company! read more

I have been with Adams NLR for about 10 years. would always be more than satisfied with my service ( 5 out of 5 rating) until this last summer. we have always done quarterly visits with no problems. this past summer we had to put off a visit for unforeseen circumstances. we were then experiencing bad roach problem.. Adams was able to get us on schedule quickly... We were told that we had retreat on our contract and call if roaches continued to be problem. which we did. Our pest control guy was excellent and told us to call if we need retreat which we did. about 2 weeks later we called and were scheduled. Long story short our tech would tell us each time he came would probably need to spray often until problem was resolved. Suddenly we were getting manager notes on our account we need his approval to schedule. the first time was our tech had family emergency. No problem except the manager Matt was supposed to call me the day we called and schedule us. A week later still calling daily and no word from Matt. I made complaint and after that nothing but trouble. the managers do not return calls and have been downright rude. My lawn has had issues since I moved in 13 years ago and finally Adams Pest Control LR has resolved whatever was causing it...I have carpet grass now and can't be happier with the service and fair price... I used this company for 9 years for residential pest control with no real complaints. However, in the past year I added lawn service and Mosquito treatments with plans of adding termite after my current contract expired. The problems started with some service reps collecting payment on site after treatment, some not collecting and sending a statement later, and some forgetting to send any bill at all!! I had to call every month to get accurate totals which was pulling teeth because your dates of service don't even match their dates in the computer for some reason! Next, I was told of multiple service charges for dates they couldn't have even accessed my property......went to the office to discuss with Robyn....basically told it was all my fault....NEVER using this company again!! read more
