I am 47 years old and I have been on disability for a few years now, I can only move around because of my mobility chair. I was in my garage with my husband yesterday (he is also disabled in a wheelchair) and he turns around to point something out to me and his wheelchair begins rolling down our driveway! He is unable to stop it because of it gaining so much speed so quickly. I watch in horror as my husband goes over the curb and turns over his wheelchair and tumbles onto the pavement onto his back. I am small in stature only about 107 lbs, my husband weighs over over 180 lbs. I knew neither I or my nephew could pick Curtis up on our own, before I could even yell for help a man from Clear Defense Pest Control came around the corner and took control of the situation. He knew exactly what he needed to do almost like he was trained in this type of thing. He asked my husband his name and if he was hurt, after my husband responded, Hunter calmly hoisted my husband back into his chair and wheeled him back into our garage and waited with us until paramedics arrived. I am so grateful for Hunter and I am so impressed by the way he sprung into action for the well being of my husband. I have a service contract with ClearDefense Pest Control, both for coverage of pests inside the home & monthly mosquito/flea/tick control using a fogger outdoors. Their services are excellent. I have seen a noticeable decrease in pesky bugs both inside my house & outdoors. My technician is Jonny Roberson. He is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, & very responsive to requests for additional treatments in between scheduled visits at no extra cost- this is part of their warranty, which they honor 100%. I have met the franchise owner, Garett Kelly. He started the Little Rock office last year. He was personable, honest, very professional, & took a personal interest in my situation (house vacant for 8 months following tornado damage in 2023, & was infested with multiple species of bugs) I recommend this company to anyone looking for reputable pest control services. I am really pleased with the service at ClearDefense Pest control! Adam came out to address an outside ant issue and after closely evaluating the situation, thoroughly explained the problem and the steps they would take to address it. I so appreciate the communication and knowledge Adam has. We even got a bonus lesson on how to bring back to life my daughter's plant!! He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Adam sprayed our house today & was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure every web was cleared and the house was treated, he even offered to treat for ants today inside our house as a just in case! I cannot express enough how amazing it's been to do business with clear defense. The customer service is simply unmatched! We had over 17 black widows in our fence post & in our garage. Braedon came out for our initial visit. I had actually forgotten about our appointment and was in the middle of summer activity chaos with my 3 kids. He was very kind and had a great attitude. I had to leave to get kids to a swim lesson so he wasn't able to access the backyard. A follow up visit was made for the next week. KB & Jonathan came promptly during the time window. They were both very pleasant and took care of the backyard quickly. Before leaving I asked them to assist with clearing a web that was in our entry way that we weren't able to reach with a ladder. Clear Defense did it again!!! I had the pleasure of meeting Dakota today. He showed up on time. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable of my needs on this visit. I expressed my concerns and he assured me he would cover them as well as the yard for those hungry mosquitoes. Upon completion, Dakota took the time to explain my services for the day and what areas he concentrated on more as he was moving around the parameter of my home. I've had clear Defense for a little over a year. I recently moved onto a military installation (Little Rock AFB). I called the company to provide my new address. The rep was super helpful and got my info updated. Today 19 May my appointment time was between 2-4. I received a call from my tech (Morgan) inquiring if she could arrive 30 min early. Being on time is very big for me so I appreciated the fact she was arriving early. Once at my residence she was very professional and provided the ins and outs with regards to service. Cameron, our Pest Control guy came out to the house today and did an amazing job. He listened to the concerns I had about the recent spiders we've seen and went out of his way to help us get rid of the spiders. Cameron laid down sticky traps, added extra defense dust for the webs, and even helped move stuff out of the way to really get in garage and spray. He made sure to treat all the nooks and hard to reach areas to give us the best chance of getting rid of bugs. Nice guy, great customer service and even left a cute big book for the kids. read more
