Now, I don't know if they changed their formula or what, but the hornets are back in numbers, and I'm forced to buy store spray to kill them. No sense in paying for both, and since Orkin was costing me over $1000 a year, I called to cancel. Instead of cancelling me, they promised to contact me with a more affordable plan. Their ACTUAL response? Crickets chirping! So I called again, this time insisting they cancel my service, and the operator I talked to said she did cancel it. Well guess what when I checked my bank balance today... sure enough, they charged me almost $60 AFTER I was told my account was cancelled! Now I have to go through the nightmare of having that $60 returned to me. The customer service agent informed me that the service would be no more than $450.00. When I received my bill it was for $763.00. Also, they were not able to get the inspection report to the closing agent in a timely manner, their reasoning was they were unable to read their inspectors handwriting and furthermore, were unable to get in contact with their employee which, unfortunately delayed my closing. When I called to discuss the bill the customer service agent was very unprofessional and her response was "we have attorneys and you owe $763.00" which unfortunately I paid through closing.
