To hear the options and them explain that they can do either but wanted us to understand that it eventually would be best to replace and it's not much of a price difference to replace it versus repairing it. Overall, this plumber went above and beyond and came the next day. They gave notice before they arrived as i had requested. They were professional and respectful. I wondered why I saw people begging for suggestions on Facebook for electricians and plumbers, YOU CANNOT GET THEM TO CALL YOU BACK. It was so frustrating. Well we were a little wary when someone did call back...what's wrong. Nothing was wrong they were GREAT. Most electricians don't do residential but thank God they did. They came and finished the job in one morning. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.
