After talking to my partner about wedding invitations we decided to stop in at CopyCat to look at…read morewhat options they had available. When I walked into the store I asked one of the employees for what items they had and he seemed a bit confused. His co-worker pointed me towards the books they have for invitation templates and I spend some time looking through the items. While looking at what they had for invitations I quickly realized that the prices were high and that I could probably get better options online for cheaper. Since that was the case I ask the employee if I could bring in my own stock and have them printed on it. This was an option and he politely gave me the business card to call about further questions. In the end I didn't print anything but was able to ask them a few different questions. The staff seems nice enough but it would have been more pleasant if I had received a little bit more support around questions. Even though that was the case, I know that what I was asking of them probably isn't typical day-to-day questions so I appreciate the time they took to support me.

I wasn't sure if you need to pay for parking but didn't see any signs. No lot but there are spots right in front of the building. No lines - in fact, I was the only person there.

Let's see, the first place told me I needed a new logic board for my 2012 MacBook Pro which would have set me back $500.00. The second told me I needed to buy a new MBP for $1500.00. These guys set me up with a solid state drive and memory upgrade for around $350. My confidence in their assessment came when the owner volunteered to show me his personal laptop and said mine would be faster after the repair/upgrade because his was a year older than mine. I don't know about it being a year older but it looked like it had been to war. After his demo I signed their contract. For the past couple months I've been cruising along with what I feel is a great deal. I was inconvenienced for a couple days while they waited for parts and did their work. When they called I was shocked the price was less than originally quoted because I didn't have any data. Truth be told, I have 4 pictures and a couple documents. Everything else is in the cloud or on my external drive so it made less work for them. I will definitely be going back when my laptop needs service. Their prices are great and the service better than anyone else I talked to. I don't hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know.

The owner was able to find one for me after we texted back and forth. He was so kind to take the time to look and check before I came in. I arrived to pick it up and he insisted to give it to me for free despite my trying to pay him. I was just floored by his kindness.
