The only thing I dislike about Berkshire Wireless Repair is that they are very expensive. They wanted $250 for my cracked iPhone 6s screen to be replaced which I felt was outrageous. I found that you can get your iPhone fixed for at least $100 less if you just go to an actual Apple Store. That way it won't even break your warranty and you're getting it fixed by the actual company you got it from. The staff is very kind any time I have had to talk to them and answered all of my questions when I had any. read more

My daughters phone screen cracked n i needed it fixed. They ordered the screen and i thought all was well it was the wrong screen no big deal i let them order another screen that was the wrong screen. So i decided to go get the phone and give them another chance to order the right screen they said it would take 3 to 4 days to come in. So i went and got the phone. I dropped the phone off at 4pm today within fifteen minutes received a call wrong screen again. A deposit was put down i went up and got the money and took back the phone. Unfortunately i would not recommend them for one all they needed to do was tell me they couldnt fix the screen or it was a rare screen and i would of taken elsewhere. I have to say Matthew Reis at Berkshire Wireless Repair is an amazing person!!!! He fixed my iPad 4 screen for me yesterday!!!! Not only was the price reasonable but the fix was fast (only a few hours). He also kindly brought it to me at Target after he closed because he knew I worked there!!!! Great customer service and a beautiful repair job!!!! And don't worry man, I took your advice to heart a protective case is on its way, let's hope with two kids the iPad lasts the three days it takes to ship!!!! Thanks again so much!!!! read more

I give NO stars even though I had to to post. I am afraid I received the worst customer service ever. My daughter needed a screen replaced on her iPhone. They did that and changed us $170, but in the process they bent her phone. Her phone was not bent when we brought it to them. When her screen cracked all on its own the very next day I went back to them asking them to replace the screen. I was told that they don't honor their 30 day warranty on cracked screens. They told me the reason the screen cracked was due to the phone being bent. The young man said my daughter probably put it in her back pocket and sat down. There is a problem with that theory, my daughter only wears skirts or dresses. She doesn't own pants. He took me to the owner, the rudest man I have met. I explained what happened and he said it wasn't his problem. I offered to meet him halfway, he said no the phone is bent. When I explained my daughter didn't sit on it because she doesn't own pants he told me I was ridiculous. I asked him if he thought I was lying to him and he said yes he believed I was. Shame on him. I cannot recommend Berkshire Wireless. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for repairs. read more
