They broke it and couldn't get it to turn back on. They sent it to an associate in texas that got it working but the home button won't work and the sd card reader wont work. Now they have decided I brought them an old device and they can't help that they broke it. Wont credit me for the original work and wont attempt to try to fix it further. I reported them to the BBB and they wont respond. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. If its not broken it will be if you bring it to them.

I paid for the screen the next day, dropped off the computer Monday, and picked it up Tuesday. It was like new. They charged approximately half the price other places had quoted. They even said that if the problem was more than just a screen replacement, they would fix it with no extra charge. I highly recommend them.
