I have been seen by 5 out 6 of the popular Hospitals in SLC. I have good teeth, shower daily, dress up in gender appropriate clothing but still multiple ER staff have not been able to determine why I walk with a pronounced limp? Why my right leg is 3/4 of an inch shorter than the left leg?Why my right hip joint "clicks" when I either sit down or stand up? Why my right leg has lost considerable muscle mass since my date of injury nearly 10 months ago (not a typo-ten months ago)? Answer to all of the above is this: no diagnosis can be made until an MRI with Contrast is ordered. This hasn't been done as yet. My advice to the single person reading this is: don't get hurt and if you do, certainly seek out treatment and follow the instructions provided to you. I followed my own advice and tonight I know that I have pain in my hip per 6 providers. In reality my hip is dislocated... Say what?
