I had them come back to cut down a lot of shrubs, a small palm shrub in front and some overgrown vegetation in the rear yard. They did a good job considering they couldn't remove the stumps because of water pipes in two areas. I was just glad it all was cut down. They also hauled most of it away but did leave some debris in the rear yard from a large shrub. They were reasonable on everything.

I called Brian to get a quote on a laundry list of issues that needed to be addressed. Specifically, overgrown vines on the back fence, brush next to the house needing to be cut back, a banana tree and weeds needing to be pulled, and the back yard needing to be raked. Brian not only provided an immediate consultation on site, but came out to perform the work the very SAME day. His customer service and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond to ensure my mother's properties looked immaculate...and ithey DID! I was not only impressed by the amount of work he accomplished within such a short period of time, but how professional he was throughout the entire process. Brian consistently had a good attitude, he was polite and courteous with my mother, and demonstrated patience and grace as she walked him around the properties explaining the issues in detail. Quality and professionalism aside, his rates are immensely competitive. I called four lawn care services in the area and not one of them came close to matching the price he gave me. The grass just got it''s first mowing by my lawn service and I must say the sod is looking gorgeous! That you again Big 3 Lawn Care for the great job!!! This is my review on Feb 11 2024: I asked Big 3 Lawn Care to provide me an estimate to replace my front sod which had died from fungus. The existing St Augustine grass was dead from fungus and was never coming back to life. The price they quote me was very good and I hired them to do the job. Big 3 Lawn Care did a fabulous, a very nea, a fantastic job! I'm extremely happy! After they removed and installed the new St Augustine sod it looks perfect. My front lawn went from dead to beautiful! Big 3 Lawn Care workers did a great job! I'm glad I decided not to tackle this job as I had planned to do. Big 3 Lawn Care did a much and I'm telling you, a much better job than I could have ever done. The St Augustine sod they installed was the very best, VERY FRESH. Their installation was perfect! I have hired several lawn care companies during my 20 years of renting and home ownership; and this may be the worst experience I've ever had with a lawn maintenance company. I would highlight that they left tree limbs hanging from our fence lines and never came on the same day per week for lawn maintenance. Our family never knew when the lawn would be tended to or if ever. Their lack of care for the lawn was apparent when they decided to stop spraying for weeds which we had to tend to ourselves, despite the contract stipulating weed spray. The main operator, Rayne, and his workers left branches of palm leaves in the yard that they simply weed-wacked around. They also refused to mow our lawn on occasions if a car was parked in the driveway. The tree clippings or more heavy branches were left in our lawn to decay when a trash can wasn't available. I was approached by a banging at my door by Rayne, that a trash can needed to be available for the limbs (which would have constituted about 5 large WM trash cans). I was questioned if I noticed the tree limbs hanging off the fence line. I said yes, we did notice large limbs laying in our yard and we took them down to the street. He went on to lecture me about trash pick-up protocol. I apologized to HIM! Then, after our altercation at my front step, we received a hasty email that stated Beachside Lawn would discontinue our business due to scheduling issues, the road we lived on, and a roof steep. I'm writing this review because I want to make a buyer beware statement due to our absolute trust we put in this company and the lack of respect we received back from egotistical whims on their part. I would only hire this business if you are looking for childish, haphazard, and unprofessional lawn care.
