Equipment is garbage, dont waste your time buying this admiral brand stuff its garbage always breaking down and leaking from somewhere

I wish that I could give a negative amount of stars. It's always great when the manufacturer of something you own tells you that they cannot get you a part for it... I also wish that I had read reviews on this company before purchasing my oven, as it seems that this is a common occurrence. I would change my entire worldview and embrace a socialist dictatorship for the USA if our new regime promised to force this company to actually stock the parts needed to fix their awful appliances. read more

This company loves to sell equipment. They are very weak in supporting you after they cash the check for initial purchase. Their refrigeration is lousy. I made the mistake of buying several of these pieces. One ended up with a broken door hinge out of warranty. It was from normal wear. This company was extremely difficult to get call back to determine parts needed. Wrong parts were sent. After several months finally got correct parts. I had a second unit that needed service out of warranty. This company doesn't post suggested service companies for work on their equipment. I called in and asked who they would suggest. The person in warranty department could not tell me who works on their brand. I left a number and have not received a response. Avoid this company. The junk they sell is not worth their time so it certainly isn't worth your time. read more

I would give ZERO starts. We ordered a piece of ADCRAFT equipment through a 3rd party-- KATOM--that did not work upon arrival and KATOM let us know we needed to contact Adcraft because it was under warranty. After 3 weeks of daily calls and e-mails assuring me this was being handled, that a new product is on the way, I still have not heard back or recieved the product (an induction burner). I have spent at least 10 hours dealing with this issue. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ADCRAFT. They have non-existent customer service. read more

I totally agree with the review posted. I purchased the same Adcraft 36" oven. My plumber installed it, the burners worked. The pilot would not stay on. I called customer service, they could have cared less. I've had better service at the Registry of Motor Vehicles. They were totally indifferent to my problem. It was only after numerous calls to where I purchased it that I was told they would get someone there on Tuesday as it was probably the thermal coupal. Oh great, here it is Friday, my busiest day and I have to wait for Tuesday. So much for buying a new piece of equipment to improve our operation. Do yourself a favor if you want to service your customers.."Stay Away" I have been in business for over thirty years. I would NOT recommend purchase. Mike read more

I opened a restaurant last June and purchased a brand new GR 36 oven from American restaurant supplies the oven since day one gave me nothing but problems the thermo coupler was defected from the factory and was replaced 5 times two of which were at my expense it is impossible to get someone on the phone and ran my kitchen without an oven many dinner services. (Which is nearly impossible and effected my guests experiences the company admiral craft stated " I don't know what to tell you" even though the range was under factory warranty and they did not stand by there product at all. I will never ever purchase adcraft again and I will tell my peers the same. What a garbage product and customer service company. I hope this gets to the people in charge of this terribly ran business. read more

I have a commercial refrigerator from Adcraft. It's been a good product, but I need to replace the door gasket. Seems simple enough. I've experienced horrible customer service and an awful web sight. I can't find the part number on their web sight for the gasket on my refrigerator, so I'm unsure which gasket to order. I've called for help twice and both times I was put on hold and then dropped. I've tried other restaurant parts places and no one seems to carry Adcraft or OEM parts for Adcraft. The amount of time I've spent trying to find a simple replacement part is frustrating. read more

If I was able to give them no STARS I would. I purchased a Patriot 6 burner range with 3 years labor and parts warranty for my restaurant. My range is less than a year old and been having problems since September. after about 6 month i start having problems with the thermo coupler for the oven. after calling for a month we finally got a service guy that almost set my restaurant on fire after breaking the pilot and the fire started on both sides of the pilot. Also after many phone calls I get the same service guy that replaced a part with something different than OEM and now my oven does not heat up. whatever used to take 2 hours to cook now it takes 5 hours. after dealing with Tom in the warranty department, i ask for a Manager and Billy is the MANAGER at ADCRAFT and he does not return the calls, he says he will check and get back with me but never does. never again to purchase anything from ADCRAFT. Patriot range to the garbage so is ADCRAFT. read more
