I live out of state and when I could not find another store to get them in time, they put together a beautiful arrangement for me and the owner delivered them for me on a Sunday even though they would not be open. She save the day for me!! This year, I took my mom to the store on November 28th, 2025 and once again the customer service was above and beyond. The store was beautiful and my mom enjoyed picking out items to decorate her apartment. They went above and beyond to help her put together a beautiful Christmas arrangement for her front entrance. It had eight roses, two stems of lilies, and one small, green hydrangea with some bells of Ireland and eucalyptus. I have managed at an executive level in the floral industry and this was a complete rip off. This was maybe a $100 arrangement. I am giving two stars because the flowers were fresh, but the arrangement was absolutely NOT not filled to value - and CLEARLY, they didn't think we'd any better. I asked for a quote for a bouquet to be delivered nearby and before I could finish, the woman said, "It'll be $200," adding that it would likely be $150-$200 no matter what--without asking for any details. Despite lower prices shown on their website, there was no effort to understand what we actually wanted. We chose a different florist for $130 who took the time to discuss our vision and preferences.

They have grab n' go bouquets for $5.50! There are also arrangements that come with their own vase included.
