I overheard them talking to a gentleman about being able to bring in a variety of buttons if you needed something custom, and definitely gave full bespoke service to everyone that walked in. What a HORRIBLE attitude from the owner! Absolutely zero sense of customer service -- she even had the audacity to raise her voice and point her finger at me in front of my 16-month-old child, even after her own employee admitted to making the mistake. The job ok but far to be perfect. Job was ok but far be perfect. Instead of simply listening for 10 seconds without interrupting, she tried to refund me with a terrible attitude. Original hem hem. What does this mean? I'll explain a real professional hemming is when the seamstress removes the original hem, cuts the fabric to shorten, and reattaches the original hem which gives a seamless untouched i hemmed look. Great job! $30 for wide leg size 4 jeans. read more

The perfect fit is one of the most honest, trustworthy, talented and knowledgeable tailors!!! Let me tell you why. I bought these pants from a high end department store on sale and they weren't tight but everytime I would zip them they would open. I went to a tailor in my city nyc and asked them to replace the zipper they said they would and they cheated me. I came to Miami for a friends wedding try on the pants the day before the wedding and realize same zipper same problem.(I'm a super busy working women so didn't have time earlier I know). I asked the hotel they recomended this tailor. Now they normally don't do same day tailoring but I prayed and God was on my side and because of their knowledge they told me the zipper was to light for the fabric but the fabric was delicate so it takes some expertise. But they did it and this was a catholic wedding which means standing up and sitting and the zipper held up and I can wear the pants again!!!! And the owner was wonderful and handsome and his mother was very kind and has a beautiful soul and is gorgeous inside and out and I'm so grateful to them. My work life has been hectic and this was the first friends wedding I was able to attend in 15 years. And I'm so grateful to them. They know what they're doing and they are good people. read more
