I happen to have been there the day she had her hair done and it was simply gorgeous! He spent many hours on getting her cut and color perfect! She left the salon extremely happy - I saw it with my own eyes! The pictures she shows are definitely not what I saw! He could never do anything like that! Maybe she is a scam artist and does this frequently so she can try to get her money back from people I don't know? Either way it is not fair to be dishonest and lie about such things. My experience at Madison West was nothing but warm and inviting! I have difficult hair and Jeffrey has no problem cutting it perfectly and he does a fabulous job with color! Jila was an expert at blowing out hair as well. At the end she also cleaned up the cut to make sure that it was not too heavy in certain areas and that the split ends were gone. For reference, I have thick and dense hair. My hair was all in one length, and I was asking for a trim to remove split ends and a layered style. Also, I am Asian. I was drawn to this salon, because other reviews stated that they ventured to a non-Asian stylist to cut their hair and it looked good here. I can confirm that this is true.
