I spent so much money on this treatment and I expected it to last much longer. While I did not buy the recommended shampoo and conditioner that goes with the treatment, Teri told me I could use other shampoo and conditioner as long as they do not have certain interactive ingredients so I made sure to do that. Keep in mind, I have gotten this treatment four times in the past and used that same shampoo and conditioner and been completely fine and had it last for months. I tried to reach out to come to a resolution and I felt dismissed and talked down to by Teri. Very disappointing experience both with my hair and with the customer service.

That includes an amazing wash with scalp massage and a blowout. Prices are high. Tipping is expected on top of that. And you're getting charged extra to finish the service - which is the blowout. You have no idea how your color and cut look until it's blown out! The website it very generic and desperately needs updating. There is no list of services and there are no prices. Book an appointment is an email form, it's NOT an appointment booking app which ARE available and widely used. There's not even a list of stylists and their specialties.
