I got the California Burger, which comes with pickles, lettuces, mozzarella cheese and avocado. The meat was very good and tender. I liked this burger. The chips were okay - they didn't have much salt, so I had to add some. A bit soggy too, which is probably because they came right out of the fryer. Customer service was good. Food was GREAT! We went here for breakfast on the day after New Years so not sure if that's why they were so busy, but they literally had a line out the door for to go orders and only 1 waitress was taking orders at the tables. The waitress was nice but due to being so busy we never got a single refill on our drinks and once our food arrived she never came back to our table. My husband and I had lunch here today and we ran into 5 of my co-workers there, who all raved about the food. I had the CA burger with home chips and it was delicious! The meat is fresh and seasoned! Cooked to a perfect medium. The home chips were really good! My hubs has chili dogs (very big dogs), which he loved and we split the 50/50 platter, which is a sample of fried appetizers. So good! The food was extremely greasy and lacking in taste. My wife had the chorizo and egg plate and I had the bacon and egg omelette. Her plate was at least tolerable but the omelet I had, had about a pound of cheese on it and the hash browns were in a pool of grease as was the omelette. I had the chorizo and egg burrito. I was disappointed. I couldn't discern the eggs from the sausage and it was bland. Hubby had a bacon and cheese omelet. It came with refried brands and hash browns. Hash browns were very greasy. They don't carry decaf coffee. There's a wifi network but they don't share the password. Apparently the wifi is for their cell phone business next door. Very cute motif with vinyl records hanging from the ceiling, retro red tables, and a jukebox. read more

We went when it was a little busy for breakfast. The waitresses did an amazing job rushing but the cooks were making it hard on for them to get anything out. The kids, ages 8 and under, ordered the breakfast burrito and an assortment of hash browns, toast, and bacon. They are not usually big eaters and every bit of food was gone! I got the chorizo scramble plate with chile verde. They serve it with fried potatoes and beans. It was a huge amount of very delicious food! My husband ordered the 2 egg breakfast with asado. It was also served with fried potatoes and beans. His eggs were fried and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was cozy and decorated well! We loved the diner feel. I went for lunch and was pleasantly surprised especially because it's off the beaten path. Unique old school feel with a good choice of menus items. Today I ordered the pork chops that where well seasoned along with green beans and the speciality beans( absolutely awesome btw). I enjoyed enough that my co worker wanted something while I was out so I got him the same thing and he is from Midland/Odessa and had never heard of Addie's but throughly enjoyed it. My wife and I enjoy a good breakfast on weekends. So far we have been looking for a good place to eat breakfast around Midland/Odessa area and have not been satisfied with what we have found! A co-worker told me about Addie's great breakfast, so we came to try it out. I have to say that this is our 2nd time and both times have been amazing! The food is delicious and service is wonderful as well. I love the atmosphere they have here!!! With this said, this will be our weekend breakfast place for years to come! The food was awesome! My husband, my parents and I all got big Mexican egg breakfasts. They were delicious and spicy. My kids' grilled cheese and french fries and pancakes were also great! The service had a hard time keeping up. We had to wait for a food item and a drink for long time and so some of our party was eating after everyone else was done. The atmosphere was different than I expected after reading the reviews. It has a Mexican flare with the menu and art. The wall art was cute and there were records hanging from the ceiling and a juke box that fulfilled the 50's theme. We enjoyed it! read more

I might not have stopped based on the outside, but decided to give it a chance and it did not disappoint! What a neat little place! I stopped in for a bite on my way back to El Paso. Kylie was my server and was very friendly and knowledgable. The breakfast food was great and they serve it all day. Everything that came outta the kitchen looked awesome. Just walking to the restroom, glancing at the crispy homemade onion rings I had to order us a side - and did. We liked them with the homemade ranch dressing. Hubs got the chef salad with a side of avocado and he liked that - the way they shredded the lettuce - it was a stacked salad, dense and cut well. Veggies were fresh I had the house salad with crispy chicken on top. Very tender, crispy, with the meat moist and flavorful. I too had avocado added and we both had the house ranch. Thank you to the reviewer who gave the heads up on the salads there. Just what we were looking for. The decor is cute, Route 66'esque. We will stop back when traveling through. Too, folks were getting breakfast so, at noon, I'm guessing that's all day. And the long braided hair waitress with the smile, a genuinely nice person who worked the customers courteously with attention, was really one of the best. Hubs gives this a thumbs up.
