Basically, I was to do all of the work of a job placement agency, but give Accel the credit. I found my own job, and neither contacted or heard from Accel again after that first meeting. Staff was very friendly upon first arrival and certainly did their best to make you feel comfortable. However, at least in my experience, they do not truly care to meet your best interest.

They always had work for me. Mostly short term, however I did land a three month long job once. They are so pleasant to deal with and extremely happy to be at work. You can always sense it (and hear their tone) when they are speaking to you. They get excited about the assignment you're going to get, and I'm sure of course you'll be just as excited to have a gig to get that paycheck. You should be excited.
