The building had a beautiful window and Joe seemed really nice but he made me uncomfortable because when he was showing me around his facility he always had a grin on his face and went out of his way to stand close enough to me that i could smell him. I ended up renting a space here for two months. After I dropped off my boat and trailer I went back the next day to get some things I forgot and when I got there the gate was left open. I drove in and Joe was inside my boat going through the drawers and all my things were spread out all over the place. He told me that I "left a light on" and that he was "just trying to turn if off." I took my trailer and boat home with me and I ended up taking it to Chinook RV storage in Portland off Marine Drive. Not even 4 months into using them for storage, they sent us a notice saying our rent was going to increase. IT DOUBLED IN PRICE. Went from $80 a month to $160, within 4 months. They also gave us 30 days notice about the change, so we really couldn't make a change or move companies quick enough to avoid the rent increase. DO NOT USE THEM. Rent from a local company, or read the contract very very well. We will be moving.
