They also have a GREAT selection of foods that a lot of stores in the area do not have for dogs and cats. The staff is nice and kind, and they love pets. They are always willing to help, and are great at helping us find what we need and making sure the baths are ready to use. The store is independently owned and operated. It's a franchise. I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus. It's one of the best pet stores in the West Seattle area and is run very efficiently.

We stopped into All The Best hoping to find something to help keep her calm and entertained, and Sidney truly made our day. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helped us choose some great distractions for our dog. On top of that, she threw in a few plush toys for Foxy, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. It may seem small, but during a stressful stretch, it meant everything. Outstanding service and a team that genuinely cares about pets and people.

I think the staff make the experience what it is. I have to shout out A specifically! They were so attentive and helpful when my partner and I needed help picking new litter for our cats. They walked us through the different kinds of litters and which ones they preferred. Later on, they took the time to educate us on raw food for cats and went out of their way to give us some samples of raw food as well as treats. I've noticed that the general experience every time is to get a sample of some treats for our pets, which I really appreciate. I came in spoke very clearly and said I needed to make an order and the girl at the counter (springy red hair) seemed displeased and began typing on her computer. She said oh we don't carry that so I explained what I was told last time I was here so she said ok let me text me boss but I'm not sure when I'll get back to you. Cool. TEXT..? Some of the other things I love about the White Center location: + it's larger, so it has more products and greater selection + the DIY dog wash area has a door that closes so your pooch can't run off + the DIY dog wash tub is a new metal tub with a sliding door (I love the vintage tub in the Georgetown shop too, but the new tub feels a little easier to work with) + everyone is so friendly and helpful, especially Jen! Hot tips: Bring your leashed doggo with you for lots of love and attention and treats (duh). Washes are cheaper on Wash Wednesdays! Also, they'll take an adorable Polaroid of your pupper to display on the wall.

As we entered, we were greeted warmly by the employees even though they were both busy with customers, which was very sweet and polite. Once they were done, they asked if we needed any assistance or were looking for anything specific. We informed them of Link's birthday and not only were both our fur babies given treats but a birthday goodie bag. Additionally, we got a toy and some treats for them as there is also a 20% off on your fur baby's birthday! The location was very neat and organized as well as brightly lit. It's really easy to go around, especially when there are other pet owners and their pets. I also just love that they have a birthday section so you can get your pet their birthday treat or accessory. We are extremely grateful and appreciative of All the Best Pet Care and hope that more locations open in the future as they are one of the best pet stores that has consistently shown fantastic customer service and a variety of products that is perfect for all pets.
