We are a specialist Property Management company operating throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area. There is a difference in managing a property and just collecting rent. During 2013 we have invested heavily in new software which will bring new features to the services we provide .Our landlords have new tools available through this site to help them with all aspects of their property management requirements. Unlike normal real estate agents, we only do property management and because it's all we do, we can offer the highest quality service in Adelaide at very competitive rates. We have over 25 years experience in the industry and our managers pride themselves on personal service and attention.

Meet the Business Owner: Peter W.

Peter has over 30 years experience in the property management industry and has grown Adelaide Residential Rentals to become one on Adelaide's premier management companies. Business growth comes from a strong referral rate from existing landlords as well as new landlords dissatisfied with the existing property management service. He has a strong belief in good client communication and the coming prides itself on up to date software systems as best practice procedures.
