I walked in and stood at the desk for a good ten seconds before the staff greeted me. I could hear them chit chatting about something that was clearly not a work conversation. The nurse called me back and she must have been having a bad day. She seemed really disgruntled and annoyed. I told her what I was there for - I'd mentioned two concerns when I set the appointment, but a couple more things had come up since setting the appointment about a month prior. The doctor came in and immediately told me she'd only treat me for two of my concerns today and I'd have to come back another day for my additional concerns. I was really taken aback as I've never had a doctor refuse to treat me because of time constraints. After the doc left the room in a hurry, I asked the nurse why I couldn't be treated for all of my concerns today. She told me the office scheduled me a 10 minute appointment for just one concern. I told her I had mentioned two concerns when I set up the appointment. She then told me that setting appointments is not her job. I felt snubbed. It seems to me that these folks are in the business to make money rather than to help people. Bad first impression, I won't return nor recommend them.

I was seen right at my appointment time and the care that I received was friendly, professional, and fast. The atmosphere was positive and the facility was clean. He talked to his nurse and student more than me, so I felt like a "number" and not a person. I gave him several tries. I asked him about several "suspicious" places that I was concerned about, and he just "blew me off". I even asked him if he was "sure", and he acted annoyed that I questioned him on this. I did see another dermatologist after that visit, and those places were indeed pre-cancerous. And yes, the billing was a mess as well. There were two different sites that they wanted you to pay on, and it was hard to determine if I was actually paying "their" bill.
