Fantastic! First, Matthew quoted me a better price than anyone else. Second, he is the NICEST guy. Great communicator and explains in a way that I can understand. Bought a bottom of the line Schlage front door lock set at Home Depot, installed myself and thought it was working incorrectly. Matthew helped me to see that it was working fine, it was just a cheap set- I could see that it would be very difficult to use on an ongoing basis. He recommended a wireless lock set. Third- he is very, very patient! The wireless setup intimidated me because I'm 72 and slow with technology. He installed the lock and spent loads of time w0rking with me explaining the features of the lock and making sure I understood how to program, reprogram etc. All the while I was on Facetime with granddaughters doing online riddles- while he was installing the lock he was participating and coaching the girls at the same time. (Figured out that Matthew is a bit of a mathematics whiz and missed his calling as a schoolteacher!) Service was outstanding, quality superb, price was terrific......best of all this is a kind, patient, thoughtful owner. He's the person to call. read more
