The lock on our security door would turn freely on one side and not turn at all on the other. Cory worked until he got the door open. He was able to fix the lock so we could lock and unlock from both sides. The lock is obsolete and unable to get parts for it. My safe would not open for about a year. At first I googled safes and got several numbers. Only two answered the phone. One told me he would have to drill it and the safe would be destroyed, but he sold safes. Another told me how and where to order parts. I did this, parts came while we were out of town and when I called back number was disconnected. So I changed the pad, safe opened twice and I closed it not to be opened again. I did call the company that made the lock assembly and nothing we did opened the safe. They gave me another number to call which I did and left a message, no call back. So I went to yelp and found a review where safe was listed on their web page. Terry said he would call me right back and he did. Terry does not open safes, but he gave me Cory's number(Old Glory Locksmith). I called and left a message. I immediately got a text stating is was in the middle of a job and would call when done. He called and once he found out I was in Sun City he jetted over. I watched as he drilled the safe, patched the hole and installed a new lock set. Cory is a true professional and craftsman, very patient and courteous. Had a rather big job for him, budgeted 2-3 hours. Ran into some complications, but Cory was very diligent and detail-oriented. He took the time to ensure the job was completed thoroughly, and properly. Cory obviously takes great pride in his work - everything worked perfectly by the time he was done. Great Great Great Service!!! Not only was Cory very professional, he went above and beyond changing 8 locks in our rental property. I was about 40 minutes away from the property at my daughters first kindergarten class party and I mistakenly took the keys he needed before he showed up.
