Went back a couple months after for a second class (extremely busy with two toddlers, moving, life, etc.) only to be rudely told by the owner that my voucher was good for one use, had to be used within 90 days (was 100 days), read the fine print lalala... The only fine print on my end was that the voucher expired in December (not November). Although there was a bit of discrepancy on both ends, she could have cut some slack since I had already driven all the way there (and called ahead to reserve a spot!) Instead, she turned me away and didn't seem to care about any kind of customer service. They should never offer trials if this is the way they treat people. Very prude service and would never pay full price for a business that doesn't offer the least bit of empathy toward potential clients.

They overcharged me more than $200 when they continued charging me an already outrageous monthly fee after I cancelled the membership. I called the General Manager to cancel when I left the country and joined LA Fitness in Naples, Florida. I called the GM to cancel the Goodlife Fitness membership I had just put on hold a week or so before. The General Manager subsequently moved to Florida and must not have cancelled it. They continued charging me after I had left the country. Despite providing evidence of the new membership at LA Fitness which started just after I put the Goodlife member ship on hold, they will not do a thing to reimburse me all the extra charges they levied. They won't even contact their old General Manager who knows I cancelled it. This is incompetence and/or fraud.

She looked at the program I am assigned to do and showed me equipment to enable me to do my workout even better. I had basic questions about cardio equipment and she did not make me feel silly but explained and demonstrated with me the cardio machines in question. She looked at a few exercises and checked form. I will give Felicia's contact to my Physiotherapist so he can check on new workouts and equipment he may want me to use. Overall I was so pleased with Felicia and know I will use her in the future for my other session and for future sessions I may need. If your looking for a more personal type gym where you can not feel intimidated and be comfortable this is the place to be, the feeling you get after speaking with the owners is more of a family feel rather than you just being a number.
