There is always a staff in the back at the shoe trying area in case you can not find the show you need on the shelf. Why was only one changing room available during black friday sales while the others were used as storage closets? I, along with several other customers, stood in line for around 15 minutes waiting for our turn. Pretty big oversight on the shopowners' part. Other than that hiccup in service, this store has a good enough selection of apparel to get all your athleisure-related needs taken care of. I was walking the outlet and didn't realize there's an Adidas store there! They had a pretty good selection but they didn't have the size I was looking for. The value of the deals is great, their selection of shoes was pretty good, and the service was also pretty good for a ton of young people working there lol because it's not always the case so I did appreciate that their customer service was kind and professional for a retail store during the holidays! read more

I have some ideas, I wrote them down. If you have any to add, please write them where it says ADD-IDEAS. Oh wait. That'd be a good name for a clothing brand. Adidas is by far my favourite clothing brand to wear. I also like Hurley and Under Armour and Puma but and Nike (aka Darling Nike) even though the material isn't as good. But Addie (as its friends call it) uses wonderful materials and great designs and has genuinely small sizes when they say small. This particular location is my favorite store up at the Cypress outlet mall - and I got quite a few things from here last time I was up here. Spent quite a bit of money! On the other hand this outlet mall isn't my favourite because it's more busy than the one down on the Gulf Freeway - however that one does not have an Eddie does (I mean Adidas - thanks voice dictation) store at all. I went here based on a friend's recommendation that there was a great sale going on and they did! I love going to this outlet and if you do be prepared to spent a large portion of the day. There are several sports type stores located here. When I arrives its always hectic for parking, it seems there are thousands of cars here lol. I don't worry about parking close I like to park where I can minimize door dings so there is plenty of parking where I would like to park. The day I visited the store was packed! The sale was as advertised and in full swing. I was able to shop uninterrupted and found several deals on items that I liked. Not only were items marked down 70% there was an additional 40% off! I probably bought items that I didn't need, but the prices were hard to beat. I would probably need them in the future. I left with one of their larger bags. It is to your advantage to sign up for their email updates to be alerted on future sales. read more

The store was SUPER crowded. Ppl everywhere, not enough seating for ppl to try on shoes & no mirrors to see what they looked like. The workers blended in with the crowd so no one really there to help. They had a mask required sign at the door and the COVID 6ft apart stickers, yet they let the store get crowded with ppl. Don't understand why they are still enforcing this if the mandate has been lifted in Texas, seems like they're not moving forward. read more

Bad experience with an African American employee very rude, aggressive, and violent. We went with the family to buy while I was holding the door to allow my wife and little girl access the store this guy stop me and did not allow me to enter while I tried to explain to him that my wife and kids were inside next to him. He said he did not care that I have to wait and push me saying "Don't fuck with me boy" I told him not to be rude and he was about to start fighting but we left. My husband and I both needed all-terrain running/walking shoes. We tried on pairs in stores with the thought & hope of finding it cheaper online. We both settled on and liked the fit of the Adidas Kanadia shoes (they have men's and women's versions). I called and spoke with Christina to check their inventory and price on these shoes for both my husband and myself. This particular shoe came in about 10 different color variations, and each of those variations has a different SKU. Christina was VERY patient and went through each color and told me the different prices and if they were available in the sizes we needed. She was able to answer all my questions patiently and kindly without ever putting me on hold. She told me about an additional store special of buy one, get one 50% off. When we get to the store, the shoes are available like we were told, and Caroline is more than happy to help us retrieve additional sizes from the stockroom and get multiple pairs of socks for us to test how thinner/thicker/higher socks wear in our shoes. Upon checkout, my husband's shoes ring up $5 higher than they should (it seems all the boxes were mismarked) but the manager Chelsea apologizes and honors the lower price on the box. All around fantastic customer service from the employees at Adidas. When it comes to pricing, this store significantly beat any other shoe retailer I searched for these exact same Adidas shoes. And, y'all, I'm a bargain hunter, I searched at Academy, Famous Footwear, Shoe Carnival, Foot Locker, Champs, Zappos.com, Amazon.com, 6pm.com, Kohls, Macys...the list goes on. Even WITH coupon codes or coupons, the Adidas store was $25 cheaper for our purchase. My shoes were on sale for $39.99 and my husband's were $49.99. After tax and with the buy one get one 50% off, our total for 2 pairs of running shoes was right at $75. The shoes retail for $70 on Adidas.com, so I'd say we got a pretty great savings. :) read more

I came in today with a group of my friends and was astounded at how slow check out was but was fine with it because I understood there was a sale. I was completely flabbergasted when one of the women who worked there overheard us talking about our college experience and jumped in to our conversation and said, "Is everything okay?" We looked her astonished and replied, "Yes?" She then stated, "Oh okay good because I thought something was going to go down" Being a black woman in Texas is hard. My word of advice, don't make it harder by being ignorant. Luckily we're all college educated women with sound minds and know better than to react to this foolishness. Loved the sale though, this just put a bad taste in all of our mouths. read more

This store was not well organized at all. It was a mad house, which is normal when it's a Saturday at an outlet mall. But none of the staff was friendly, nothing was put up or kept up nicely, you couldn't move through the store without hitting other people. The sales were not that impressive. And honestly their selection sucked too. Maybe if you need a pair of socks and a hat this is the place to go. They do have a lot of Houston sports teams and TAMU gear, which is beneficial. And their sweatpants are cheaper then places like academy. But I just honestly think I would avoid this place like the plague. Get your stuff somewhere else. read more

This store is really cool! I really loved that they had a bunch of their football (soccer) jerseys! They had a lot of Argentina jerseys on display when I went, probably because they're competing in the Copa America right now. They have a lot of Houston Dynamo jerseys and accessories. They also had jerseys for Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, and Chelsea (when I averted my eyes hiss). They were pretty busy when I went. They have lots of different clothing and shoes. I'm sure I'll be back to get a better look at all of their stuff! read more

Went in for a pair of cross trainers this morning. I had three employees walk past me and not even ask if I needed help. Very frustrating because I did need help. I finally tracked one down and asked where the cross trainers were and she said they didn't have any. As I was walking out, I overheard her ask another employee if they had cross trainers. Seriously, if you don't know your shoes or you are new, ask for help. It is worse to lose a customer with a wrong answer, than to state you're new and ask another employee for help. Will not be back to this store. read more

I visited the store today and found some great buys but let me tell you the experience was horrible. The credit card machine were not working which was very frustrating for everyone in line. I ended up having to walk around looking for an ATM machine. While checking out, I noticed a nice pair of tights that would compliment my tennis so I asked if I could buy it off the mannequin and the nice gentleman told me that he would check with the manager. he checked and said that I she Said that they cannot sell anything off the mannequin. I asked if they could order them but he said that the system was down. So I asked to speak with her, he radioed for her and she said that she was busy and that they couldn't sell it so I said ok. Then after checking out, she came over VERY ANNOYED AND UNPROFESSIONAL, and ask me very rudely what I needed. I asked her to please sell me the tights because I really like them and she rudely answered that they were already sold to someone else. Remind you, she said that they couldn't sell it off the mannequin. So what is it Monica? You got caught in your own lie infront of a valued customer that will never give your store my money, instead what I plan in doing is going directly to Adidas and let them know what poor customer service and unprofessionalism you offer your customers. Btw these were my first pair of tennis because I'm a valued Nike customer and with the way I was treated today, Adidas May never get my money again. Absolutely the worst experience here today. Have a return from a purchase a few weeks back. 1. Have receipt 2. Have ID 3. Have unworn brand new shoes, 4. Have credit card purchased with in hand. They refuse the return since it was a busy weekend and the cashier hand keyed the code and since the shoe matches the receipt but is a 12 instead of 13, they refuse to take them and have to "check their cameras" Unreal. We will never shop here again ! read more
