You are going to pay a pretty penny, but, still within reason. It's honestly a nice little store, for sure. However, the 10 mins we were in there, we weren't spoken to at all. We never received a, "welcome in... if you need help or have questions, please let me know..." nothing. After 10 mins, we walked out, just as we walked in. Without anything being said to us. As we were leaving, other customers were walking in, they received a proper welcome... we, we just didn't.

Savings are anywhere from 25-50% off of retail. I usually visit here a couple of times per year and always receive friendly and helpful customer service. My only regret is that up until about 3 years ago, they were in a much larger store space that allowed them to display much more inventory.

Unfortunately, the customer service at this store is nowhere in line with the service you would receive at a non-outlet Armani boutique. I purchased a weekender bag from this store last week, I was told the bag was 50% off so I went ahead and purchased it. I had not bothered to unwrap the bag until a few days later. When I opened it, I found my receipt and noticed that I was not given the 50% discount but instead something much lower. I called the store and spoke to an associate, I explained to them what had happened and they told me to come back into the store and the issue would be fixed. I went in later that night and I saw the sales associate that had sold me the bag, he immediately recognized me and asked me what was wrong. I told him he rang me up for the incorrect discount and it sounded like he was aware of that but didn't bother to tell me at the time. The so-called 'Supervisor' was there next to him and basically asked me what I wanted to do. I told him I would like to either have the difference returned to my credit card or just return the entire purchase. The so-called 'Supervisor', I wish I could remember his name, basically told me he could do neither because only the General Manager can process returns and or price adjustments. I thought that was the stupidest thing I had ever heard.. EVER. How the hell can only the GM process returns? So why the heck does this guy have the title of 'Supervisor' if he can't help his customers. I am seriously ticked off at this store. I drove all the way from Midtown Houston to Boonies Cypress, TX. They did absolutely nothing to try and help me. Not only will I not be returning to this store, I have written a formal complaint to customer relations.

Boy, both the store and I profited from that! I bought gifts for my wife, daughter, son and three dogs. Most of the clothing is styled as work blue collar work clothes and many are just that. The store was so nice and organized! Huge plus. It also had a large selection for men & women, a clearance area and small selection for children. They also had a large selection of socks to purchase as well. I found 1pair that I was looking for at another location but they were out of. There was a nice young man, Christian who helped me find another pair I was looking for. He was nice and very knowledgeable about his store. (Thank you Christian) I will definitely return to this location first before going to any other location!
