I went to the Lincoln road location got the button down shirt that I wanted. Then had to wait at the counter because nobody was working the register. It was quite frustrating because there were several people working but nobody acknowledged that I was waiting at the counter. Then surprise surprise. I get home and the sensor was not removed. So now I get to go back and have the sensor removed. I truly do not understand how hard it is to remove the sensor. Not happy about this experience.

Also, not used enough. Anyhow, I tried on a really attractive pair. I felt like I was walking on air. I guess they started selling shoes recently because I know they did not maybe 6 months ago. Lululemon offers a 30 day no questions asked return policy. You can run and walk in them as much as you want. I bet no one returns them. They are the best sneakers I have ever worn. I even wore them the rest of the night walking around South Beach.

A lot of the fabrics and materials are sustainable and ecologically minded. The staff is super nice and helpful and they really make an effort to find your size or other options if they don't have what you want in stock. I found the nicest viscose T shirt here and I really love the bathing suits. Amazing sungas (men's swimsuits). The quality is impeccable. It's a must see if you like on trend clothing and are in Miami Beach. It's located just at the top of Lincoln Road. They have an online shop, but there's so much more available in the store that I highly recommend visiting the store first. Great find and so happy to have discovered this store on my most recent trip to Miami.

Parking around Lincoln road could be very difficult, so I mentioned that I would be in and out and he made sure it would be quick and to the point. As for the prices, my pair of shoes were not over priced at all + there were a bunch of great finds I saw on sale -- definitely worth checking out!

So I went to return the unused unopened boxes of underwear. The employee was totally rude and said we do not accept returns of underwear. I explained they were unopened, and there is no sign or in the return policy mentioning no returns on underwear. After going around and around I asked him to finally call a manager. He did and 10 minutes later, accepted the return and gave me a bunch of snide comments. Why do things have to be so difficult.

He listened to what we said and found out what he liked, needed and wanted. Micah's sense of style is impeccable. There are no pushy salesman, this place is quiet luxury at it's finest. The suits were altered and shipped to us within a week of us arriving home. They were individually wrapped in good quality suit bags with the shirts and ties placed in the pockets of each suit bag.
