About 2 weeks later the car developed an oil leak from the area of the crankshaft seal and or the timing cover as well as the front valve cover gasket, all of which he had to change. I paid James 900 dollars cash and I supplied the parts needed to do the job. Now after 2 weeks of text messages and 2 or 3 phone calls to my place of employment, James said he has not forgot about me. I have now taken the vehicle to another mechanic for the repairs. This review is not about Capital Tech itself but the mechanic. I am expecting these repairs to cost another 300 to 500 dollars on top of the almost 1600 parts and labor already spent. Dan is a great guy who knows what he is talking about, and his mechanics are pretty knowledgeable and kind as well. As a young woman who doesn't know much about cars, I'm always afraid of getting scammed and up-charged; with my luck some other numbnut mechanic out there would try to convince me to buy their "premium air"...
