A friend gave me a vape pen and cartridge, but no charger. I happened upon Adirondack Vapor and went in to try and purchase a charger. It turns out they were giving away for free the exact same pen I had, and the salesperson gave one to my roommate and I. The salesperson, Anatonia, was friendly and professional. She offered for us to try some of their own brands or vape juice. They were really good and we bought a couple of bottles. She took the time to show us a bunch of different products, at the same time helping another customer and never missing a beat with both of us. My husband and I have purchased multiple flavors here. Overall, their flavors are true to their ingredients. Even for the flavors that we didn't like, we still agree that it met the expectations laid out by their website's flavor descriptions. Here are the flavors we've tried so far: Frigid: Our favorite. We mix this with other flavors to add a refreshing quality to the flavor. Cayuga: Kiwi, Papaya other tropical fruits. We liked this, as it made us think of Hawaii & Mai Tais. Champlain: Spearmint, hint of apricot. My husband loves this one. Placid: Honeysuckle with a hint of pear, strawberry, and lime. Seneca: Grape with watermelon, pineapple, other fruits, and menthol. We weren't a super fan of the grape, but if you like grape, this is the one for you! Rootbeer Float: Root beer, cream, and carbonation. Not our favorite, but a flavor cannot be truer to its name than this one! read more

I like the flavors alot but the problem is the customer service is horrendous they do not help you at all and they don't suggest any ideas or anything it's like walking down the counter six feet to help someone is way too much work they just sit in front of the register and stare at you and watch you struggle read more
